Excellent pricing. Excellent Service. Excellent People. I took my Chevrolet Cruze here to have the clutch replaced after only 75,000 miles. They quoted me a fair price, gave me a discount and did excellent service. When I went to go and pick up my car they showed me the old clutch and how badly it was worn and helped to explain how the leak in the slave cylinder likely caused premature clutch wear (which they also replaced). A few days later my power steering went out and the traction control light came on and I didnt know what to expect. However when I went back to Nickoles and told them about it Dan took the time to look at. He fixed a wire underneath the car and also found a Service Bulletin/Recall for power steering issues. I was able to take my car to the dealership and they fixed the power steering for no charge. Dan was excellent and very helpful and also saved me a lot of money by helping to find that recall. I am grateful to him and the team at Nickoles automotive and would recommend them to anybody for any repair large or small and I look forward to going to back.

Very honest and knowledgeable mechanics. I had taken my car to Firestone to fix my right headlight. They put in a new bulb but it didnt work. So they recommended electrical diagnosis for $48 which I declined. Then I took my car to Nickoles and he found that the bulb put in by Firestone was not the right one for my car. He put in a different bulb and it worked fine. Also, my splash pan had broken and he fixed that too. In the end he only charged $10 for the new bulb! Obviously I tipped for his work. Very reasonable prices and very fast service. Firestone charged me $29 for labor to replace a bulb! and $14 for the bulb. On top of that they wanted $48 for electrical diagnosis and if I had agreed dont know how much they would have charged to "fix the problem".

Ive been using these guys for a couple of years. A different place told me I needed a bunch of major service and I just didnt feel like it was true so I decided to try this place and get a second opinion. Boy am I glad I did! I didnt need any major work as it turned out. Since then, Ive had many oil changes, belts replaced and a clutch replaced. My husband had a new engine put in his truck and also many oil changes. I definitely recommend this garage for all work, large and small. Weve been super happy with both the service and repair costs.

Wonderful, honest people that do not try to sell you anything that you dont need and they try there hardest to get your problem fixed promptly and correct. You cannot compare the service and prices that Nickoles Automotive offers to its customers. I would highly recommend this establishment to all of my family and friends. They also give you 10% off if you are a first time customer!!

Excellent first time experience there. I went to get my brakes and rotors replaced, and an oil change. it was done very quickly even without an appointment. They were very generous on the price, as I was also offered a discount based on the estimate/final price. If they offer a service i need covered, Im going to them over anywhere else.

I agree! These folks ARE the best! Just had them replace the clutch in a Kia and the price was extremely fair, the service was timely and exactly on estimate AND they did a great job. You just cant ask for anything more from a repair shop. I recommend them without hesitation!
