Horrible - I found out through terrible pain when going to 9 Round that I have severe arthritis in my shoulders and 9 Round will not allow me to cancel my subscription - even though I have a Drs note. I have not been able to use them for over 4 months, paid them $240.00 without being able to use. The total amount I have paid them is over $480.00 to date!!! . I can only assume they are hurting for the money. I even was there last November and the electricity was turned off for non-payment. Shouldve known they didnt know what they were doing then. Ive been an apartment manager for over 35 years, I know contracts can be cancelled, I guess I will be talking to our corporate lawyer on how to proceed with this discrimination.

This place is great! It opened a few weeks ago and the workout is awesome. I switched from another place that had 1 hour workouts and was more expensive. I like the 30 minute workout and no class times...works great with my busy life.
