Club is not customer service friendly. They dont return calls (after a month of calling) and blames it on power outages and staff changes.When I wrote them on facebook asking them to call me, they responded asking me "What the problem?" but never called or answered the phone. Till this day, they still dont know what my concern is. i called the headquarters and they told me im out of luck. They are not accommodating and I feel that since they are a franchise they think it ok to treat people any type of way. They make Snap Fitness look like heaven. Terrible experience and would not recommend.

Anytime Fitness of Belleville MI is not a bad gym. My only complaint is that I have never worked out in a gym with so many lazy members. Almost every time Ive been in there, its been a mess (barbells everywhere, benches, bars, etc). Yesterday was the second time Ive cleaned up the gym to save them from a lawsuit if someone were to fall and hurt themselves. If I have to keep cleaning up after people and doing managements job, I will either want a price reduction on my membership or be put on their payroll. This behavior should not be tolerated. Other than that, would be 5 stars.

Out of all the Anytime Fitness gyms I have been to, this one is my favorite. By far, the best Anytime in the metro Detroit area, this place is always clean and has all of the amenities needed for a beginner and advanced lifters. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They can also direct you in the right direction if they dont have an answer for your questions. Highly recommend making the trip to this gym. Even if there is a closer Anytime Fitness to you.

Very small and looks like an older anytime. They have all the same equipment as other anytime fitnesses, so you are sure to get a great workout. They do have some machines and equipment that other anytime fitnesses do not have which is nice.

I travel all over the country and Anytime Fitness in Belleville, MI is by far the largest, most clean, and well equipped gym Ive trained at. The staff is super friendly and very responsive. Im fortunate to call it my "home" gym.
