There are certain environments that get me motivated to work out, and this is my favorite. Each day is a different workout, so you never know what to expect. Working out here isnt like a dreadful regimen that completely drains you of your confidence. In fact, its quite the opposite. Lets start with the coaches and the staff. They are supportive, helpful, and energetic. I feel like the coach is a part of the workout with us. The coach is a pivitol part of Orangetheorys success, as well as the classs success. They encourage you without condescending or making you feel intimidated. Not once have I ever seen a coach compare one person to the next, even if it is to show how a move is properly done. They take the time to work with each individual while we are all in a group setting, and that personalized touch is very motivating and reassuring. And they seem to have a LOT of fun with what THEY do and how they help people. They really are our greatest cheerleaders, and that is so important in motivation. Lets move onto the workouts. Because each day is different, there is a focus on different parts of the body. Each workout falls into the category of strength, power, endurance, or all of the above. There are spring-loaded treadmills (have them demonstrate if you havent seen one, they help your knees!). There are state-of-the-art rowers, some bikes and striders, and all sorts of strength-building weights and contraptions. Typically, the class is split into two groups that rotate half-way through the class so everyone gets the same workout in the end. The people that attend these classes are awesome. They are of all shapes and sizes, both young and old. Its like being on a team with a single vision to get healthier. There is no intimidation here. Then there is the technology. Because each person is wearing a heart monitor, they can see how their body responds to each part of the workout. The goal is to get 12 minutes in the I find this especially helpful. If I have a goal for the day, I can gauge what I see on the monitor and plan accordingly if I need to push harder or back off. Id encourage any reader to google more of the technology concept behind OTF...there is a lot of that information out there. What I can tell you is that it WORKS. Overall, Why consider Orangetheory? One of the most important reasons why I joined was for the benefits that I cannot see but can surely feel, my overall health. I was getting heavy, and felt out of shape. After a year of attending OTF classes, my life (and my body) has dramatically changed. When I first started, I could barely make it through any of the workouts without having to significantly back off of what I was doing, but within a couple weeks I was able to see progress, slowly but surely. Ive been going for over a year now, and Ive increased my run time from 11-minute miles to under 9 minutes (unheard of for me). My strength has improved, and Ive lost over 20 pounds. My doctor is thrilled that my resting heart rate now below 40 bpm, which is evidenced in my endurance workouts. If you have always wondered what this Orangetheory thing is all about, call them. They will give you a free workout and explain everything to you in person so you can get first-hand information. I think youll really like it!

I have been at Orange Theory Canton for almost 2 years and I love it! Very intense workout, but beginners can do it since it is based on YOUR heart rate. The trainers are amazing and will give you modifications as needed. When I first started I had several recurring injures, but since I have been at Orange Theory I havent had any issues. The trainers watch you constantly and make sure your form is correct, not just with weights but walking, running and rowing too. The front staff and owner treat you like a family member welcoming, supportive and always encouraging you! The workouts are always different so all your muscles get used, not abused! I am 47 and continue to gain lean muscle, not lose it thanks to Orange Theory!

Okay if you read all the post theyre singing in harmony and the sound is great!, I URGE you to read them, however its my turn to take LEAD on the mic... RESULTS- I go twice a week, I dont like working out, my schedule is full (FYI walking is not working out) after TWO weeks my clothes were looser, What!! you talking bout Willis? (FYI scales are just bathroom ornaments) body parts are jiggling less and sculpting is happening! I could care less that Im beginner/intermediate level, Im seeing RESULTS! Michelle you are the BEST trainer I feel like youre all mine; Adam looking at you is my motivation (wink) Connie Im afraid of you, bring the burn!! Chad and staff you set the bar to the stars with customer service.

I registered for and stopped by their open house tonight at 7pm expecting a tour and workout since the confirmation said there was going to be special pricing and it explained the benefits of working out with friends. Well they were not even OPEN for business. What? They did not have all their equipment and literally the young lady said you have to use your imagination since all the equipment is not in yet? What? Is that how you value someones time? My suggestion is to wait 6 months AFTER they open to see if they have things a little more organized.

I was blown away by the excitement that I felt from the second that I walked in the door. The staff, environment, and facility as a whole made me feel completely comfortable and energized. Most importantly, I am a competitive and self-driven person, so the heartrate monitors that are used to guide our intensity levels throughout the workout are completely fantastic. I am truly grateful that I took the first step, and even more thankful that the staff created a feeling of realistic optimism and excitement for my fitness journey.

Orange Theory Fitness is the real deal!! The heart-rate based interval training and constant activity makes for an incredible workout, while the knowledgeable trainers make sure your workout is effective and safe. I love being able to track my progress throughout the training, and I love knowing that my hard work is paying off. Do yourself a favor and run, do not walk to Orange Theory for an incredible workout (actually, you may want to walk... Save your energy for the workout)!

This is hands down the best workout Ive had. Mixes weights with cardio along with rowing. Youll never do the same work out twice. The front desk staff is awesome. They are there bright and early with smiles on their faces greeting you and encouraging you to have a great workout. The coaches are professional and will make your workout the best it can be. They guide you, push you when you need it and correct your form all while having fun!!! Highly recommend OT of Canton!!!!

I love OTF Canton! Its the only exercise that Ive stuck with for over a year now! The staff are always friendly and the coaches are so motivating. This place is for every fitness level which makes it so great! Love love love this place! Down 30 pounds since I started! They offer a free first workout class so theres no reason to not try it! Youll be happy you did.

OT Canton has great staff who are all friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating! I have not enjoyed many traditional methods of exercising in the past, but Orange Theory is individualized to me and motivates me to achieve my personal best during each workout. I definitely recommend checking it out!
