Massive employee theft of over $1500.00 of total Amazon merchandise that was sold and ready to ship out to customers. This theft occurred again on Thursday Dec 1st, 2016 at the Dearborn Post Office 3800 Greenfield Rd, Dearborn, MI 48120 after the hours of 7pm when I dropped the pre-paid packages into the internal drop box never to be found again. Mysteriously vanished. All items had tracking numbers. Items were all brand new sealed video games Xbox and PS4 games in 6 by 9 packages First class mail. The items never actually left or cleared the Dearborn Post Office. They had been manually typed in as acceptance @ Dearborn a couple days later after I complained to the supervisor or POST MASTER. This means they have been picked up from the Drop box without any scanning. I’m waiting for some supervisor or representative from this post office to contact me or the postal inspectors. Hopefully some security footage will help.

This is one of the worst post offices I have my buisness here in Dearborn and for 6 years constantly mail is lost, other offices mail is placed in our box,mail man will leave certified letter in box and not re deliver when I sign in and leave in box. I have talked numerous times here to the mail supervisor with no help I also called the 1800 number and they also dont help. I also have gone into this office to solve the issue where it also doesnt work.

My mail has recently not been being delivered and when I do get the mail the majority of it is missing. Cash was sent and never received, not once but twice since the middle of December. I contacted the post office, advised them of this issue and was told they couldnt do anything to help me. Very disappointing!! I am not a residential customer, I have a business and not only has cash not been delivered but checks as well.

Recently my mail which require signature is not delivered to my house . I use tracking number and have to go myself to their office in Dearborn MI on Greenfiled . Also many times other people mail is delivered by mistake to my house . Carrier is different than we had before. I am really upset about that . After work I have to drive to that office and stay 1/2 hour on line to pick up mail

Someone give ALVIN a raise, I was waiting in line for 5 minutes because there were a lot of people and only 2 workers working the front desk and Alvin saw me waiting in what would have been a 30 minute line and helped me within literally 25 seconds and I left. Manager if your reading this give ALVIN a raise and hire more workers to work the front for less waits and more effeciency.

What a joke, Ive sent mail through this post office and generally every time I do it ends up lost. Im pretty sure the workers/delivery are stealing the mail. And then u call and the absurdly rude lady says theres nothing they can do about it. Figures... So if u can keep from going through them u better do it....some mail employees got real sticky fingers.

Worst post office ever I waited over 30 mints. There was 2 customer in front of me and there was 6 employees. Its like they dont want to help you at all. No manners at all employees just put the sign "NEXT WINDOW PLEASE" and they stand aside talking for 20 mints. They come back taking the sign down and act like they want to help.

Worst customer service ever ... Manager was very rude and would not help with the issue. Manager and the employee was very loud and showed no respect what so ever. I went to a different USPS and they resolved my issue in seconds. Definitely would not recommend anyone to go here ..

In the face of every post office review Ive ever read, this post office was preposterously helpful. Ladies were nice, offered me help, and I was out of there in 3 minutes after packaging and writing out addresses. No wait or not, thats gotta be some kind of post office record.

The ladies in the Bulk Mail dept are wonderful! Very helpful and patient even with those of us who make infrequent bulk mail drops - They are always prompt and cheerful and I never worry when I leave there that a deadline might be missed -

One of the best run and courteous post offices from top to bottom. They can get busy during peak hours but usually fully staffed and the manager always makes an effort to expedite the line processing when possible.
