Called multiple days at multiple times. No one answers. There are two recordings that happen back to back. Second recording attempts to redirect to a general operator, where actual rings are heard. Then busy signal is heard, and then phone disconnects. Almost every time this happens. Once, an irritated lady picked up the phone, openly reprimanded me for my mail being incorrectly sent to an address that I no longer live at (despite it being the online stores fault), then said she "doesnt know where my package is." I tried to offer my tracking number, but she repeated herself and then hung up. I called again a few days later seeing that the package was now at the post office, and since they werent going to help, I just wanted to tell them to just leave it at the post office, so I could pick it up myself. They couldnt even guarantee me that but did ask for my tracking number this time to tell me exactly the same thing that it does online. I have to drive an hour out to pick up that package, so hopefully it is there. It wasnt. I checked tracking again, and I decided to go to another branch/office/warehouse because the tracking for the package stated it was in a new zip code. I arrived at the location, and the lady asked me for an address. I told her I didnt know one because Ive never lived in that zip code nor was there an address listed in the tracking. She then told me she couldnt find it in storage if she doesnt have an address. Then she didnt offer anymore help as to what I could do to find the package. She just started ignoring me, and continued with her day. I waited for a minute, and then she took a call, and then I waited another minute, and then she just got back on her computer. So I asked her what we could do about it. She became visibly frustrated and repeated herself, saying she couldnt do anything about it because someone had manually input their zip code without an address when they were out for delivery. So, it was just somewhere in the building, and she made no steps to trying to find it or contacting anyone to try to locate it. After a few more minutes of just waiting there, she said to herself out loud: "Oh, maybe its..." and then walked out of the room. She returned asking what I was looking for, and I said that it was a package with cloth that I needed urgently. She said that wasnt it then, and then continued to ignore me for a few more minutes. I asked her if she could at least take my phone number, so that they could call me if it turns up, and she begrudgingly took it. Then I left. So much for that...

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!! I ordered checks that the post office says was delivered on or near my mailbox 4 days ago. I live on a major road so I knew that it wouldnt be near the mailbox and there is more than enough room in my mailbox to fit the package. I went to the post office on Saturday because they dont answer the phone on Saturday even though, it is a business day for them. I was told that someone would contact me on Monday. So Monday afternoon after never receiving a phone call I called them. When I explained my situation to the not so nice woman that answered the phone I was offered a supervisor and was placed on hold. I am writing this while on hold for 15 plus minutes. Its been 20 minutes and Im still waiting. It must be their lunch time. Good luck trying to resolve any issues with them. Meanwhile, I wonder who has my checks!

Wish I could go lower than one. Not only way I standing next to my mail box at the said time it was suppose to be delivered but he didnt even come in to leave a slip on my mail box. So he never even came inside to a mailbox USPS uses everyday to leave people mail. So how did he have no access to a door thats used every day?? So now he going to do the same thing tomorrow and I wont get my package till Tuesday because you will be closed by time he makes it back with my package. I dont know why Amazon agreed to let you guys do packages on Sunday but its always a problem when stuff is two day delivery. USPS turns it into 4 days on weekends. Ive given enough chances before this became a review its just out of hand.

seriously, you get what you dish out, if you come in expecting a bad attitude from staff, thats exactly what youll get, but if you approach with a smile and maybe a question like, how is your holiday season going? the attitude becomes one of smiles and pleasant conversation...just saying folks, radiate what you wish to receive, it works, especially at USPS, they need all the positive energy they can get, put yourself in their shoes, its a tough, monotonous job that would dehumanize anyone, bring some humanity into their lives, theyll appreciate it for sure. That being said, Ive never had a bad experience there, and always have my packages delivered on time or earlier than expected.

USPS customer service is just terrible. The personnel hate their job and hate that you are coming in to ask any questions. The looks I get from the personnel do not make me feel welcome. Anything ran by government is a joke, customer service is horrible, no one cares to excel when they get paid regardless. To think that our health care system is government or should be government run sends shivers down my spine, anything run by the government is a failure! As much as USPS is trying to be customer friendly they do not care, dont take their job serious, how are these still around, amazes me.

If I could give the USPS less than one star I certainly would. The USPS is nothing short of a joke. Our mail person has not been delivering our mail and when we do get mail it is our neighbors. I have tried multiple times to contact the local post office in hopes of notifying the postmaster of this but nobody ever answers the phone...EVER! I just keep getting transferred to the operator line, then the phone rings for a bit and then the line dies out. So much for reliability when we cant even get some customer service. I dont know what else to do to report that Im not getting my damn mail!

This place is horrible! In 3 weeks, they have lost 3 packages of mine!!!! They say delivered but they were NEVER delivered to my house!!!! It would say delivered at 10am, when there is no way in hell because the mailman comes around 4pm. And i even waited for the mailman to come because I was expecting packages! I am very disappointed. Update: a month later; they lose ANOTHER package of mine! My money used towards buying these products are lost! I am extremely upset! I will be having my packages delivered to another address for now on!

I mange an apartment complex in Rochester, i have tried for 2 yrs to have mail boxes installed that we bought n paid for, and cant get post office to come out and unlock boxes so we can replace them. Cant ever get anybody on the phone , leave message after message and nothing. And now this week we have gotten no mail all wk. Our normal mail lady is great so she must b on vacation. But it shouldnt be this hard to get things done. I also agree i wont step foot in the post office and wait ours to deal with rude people .
