This place is terrible. The hours posted on the door are not accurate. They close for the most insignificant holidays all the time. It seems like every time I go there they are closed. Businesses that do not reflect hours of operation properly and dont give any notice of closing for ridiculous holidays are the worst. Whos running this place? Can someone please step up and AT THE VERY LEAST put up an accurate sign of the hours on the door with a list of holidays you are closed on? Get with it people....the year is almost 2016. Were suppose to have flying cars and trips to the moon. If we cant have that can we at least have a post office? Terrible management. I mean seriously how hard is it to print out a piece of paper that says the CORRECT hours of operation?

Any time ive got a "smart package" they mark it delivered before it is here, and half the time it doesnt show up. Ive been anticipating this package for weeks followed the tracking nunber hourly and finally friday morning at 8:45 it said it was here. I woke up at nine, went and checked, no package, I waited till one incase they had to come back to drop it off still nothing. So I went to the post office where a manager told me how great my carrier is and to give it till end of the day and it will be there..... ask 5pm rolls around and no package so I call give then all the information and they tell me they will call me back when its found. Its Saturday at 2:15 no package, no phone call and me irritated again with the service that supposedly "never fails "

Terrible. Ive been on the phone since 2 pm been disconnected twice Ive waited 47 mins each time to talk to someone. You call and its 45 to 1 hour and 5 min wait time to talk to someone? Completely ridiculous. Im beyond pissed off about this and Im not calling back. I dont even have Trenton address. Why my package is at Trenton post office I really would like to know why! Oh wait its 4:15 and I dont have an hour to wait to speak to an HOURLY EMPLOYEE smfh sadddddd

Horrible!!!! I received a "sorry we missed you notice" today. When I was sitting on my front porch. The maillazy never gets out of her truck, half of the time, she doesnt show. Ive been waiting on an important letter and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday or today! Im so sick of this. Then they dont ever answer the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Same as the other one in Trenton, All USPS locations should be closed & sold, Private companies handle this service far better. This place looses packages like its their prerogative, If there were ever a building with more incompetent people in it, they would surely list it as a mental hospital.

Mail carrier leaves my mailbox lid open and constantly leaves my packages out instead of putting them in the door. I hope everyone there gets fired and ran under new management.

awful sent booklets to 3 people they never got them when you call the post office up you get a message and then a busy signal other mail comes late time to use ups instead
