I went to this office at 3:15 yesterday, to send a package. There were two people ahead of me, on couple already at the desk. When I left, approximately 45 minutes later the same couple were still being attended to at the desk. This was the only window open. The manager and another clerk were busy collating a job for a client that was not present. Neither of them even looked around to see a line of 5 0r six customers waiting patiently. Three people gave up and walked out. When the finally let another clerk come forward I finished my business in about three minutes and left. I stopped the manager and told him that they should have been paying attention to the people in the store, that 3 customers walked out and I wasted 45 minutes. He said Im sorry, and I told him, he needed to get on the ball and take care of the business at hand. I will never go back to this store. If it werent for bad service there would have been none at all. Terrible experience! PS there is a UPS office almost across the street and my one experience was the complete opposite Fedex. Guess where Im going from here on.

I have mixed feelings about this Fedex location. Sometimes their staff can be very helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes some of them dont know what theyre doing. Once I needed to send a package to Canada, they didnt ask me to fill out the customs form, and I didnt know it was necessary. Two days later I found out my package was withheld at the customs, I found out by myself, they didnt even call me. I called them, and then the staff at the customs told me I needed to fill out a form. The delivery was delayed by 3 days, and I missed an important deadline for submitting the documents in that package. Please be very cautious if youre sending any important documents or packages overseas at this location.

Went to FedEx center for an urgent delivery, to work with experts that would help with any necessary steps to assure my international priority shipped arrived on time....package remained on site for two days because staff didnt know how to handle delivery. They actually said I dealt with a new guy....also contacted manager after being talking with staff and multiple stints on hold with a how can I help you.....really????? Package arrived 4 days late.

I had a great experience at this store. Visited 5 times over several weeks to get critical documents printed. Theo helped me during the first 3 visits and did outstanding. Next two visits I was assisted by others, including some trainees. I was worried but everything turned out great! I even planned my hotel stay close to this store to make sure I could get my stuff printed on time.

Called in and sent them the image I wanted for my business cards and was told they would be ready when I came in. I came in and an older employee told me they didnt have them and that he didnt know how to print them. I needed these business cards for an event I was doing and I had to go to that event without business cards because of FedEx not performing their job. Never again!

Go somewhere else! Very slow - staff outnumbered customers 3 to 1, yet I still had to wait 10 minutes. All I needed to do was drop off a prepaid package, and even this was too much; they refused to accept without upselling me on additional services. I walked out, found a drop-box on the way home, and wont be back.

These stuffs are very kind basically. Time to time, I have to follow a line, wait for 5 or 10 minutes to give them my package to ship. Its rare case for me not to follow a line to ship. So, ideally, FedEx has to increase the number of stuffs here.

In the middle of my printing, the associated started printing someone else information on the printer I was on. She did it remotely from the front of the store. Then had the nerve to ask me to wait to finish. Are you kidding me?
