We used this address to recieve our michigan business mail. After several months of doing business at the store, they failed to send the quarterly statement to our corporate office. We contacted them about it and they said they close the box. We figured okay shame on us for not following up/ shame on you for not sending the statement. Fine. The box was still available, they gave us the cost to renew and we told them that we send our local manager there to pay the fees. They agreed. After the manager walked in the store they told her they needed identification. The managers showed a MI DL and company business card. Nope, not good enough. Need Company executive ID. The manager asked seveal time what type of ID and was THERE ANYTHING Esle the corporate office should fax over. they said Nope. Exec. sent over DL/ and second photo ID. They then told the manager they needed a notorized document. It was apparent at that point they did not want our business. Good luck using this store location for anything.

After months of trying to resolve an issue I am finally leaving my very fair review. Stay away from this retailer. They took my money, insured 6 boxes and all were delivered broken. Years of family heirlooms gone. When I went to collect on the insurance they told me they couldnt help me and sent me on a wild goose chase with UPS corporate who treated me just as poorly. All around terrible service and a ton of finger pointing. This retailer has a bad review history for a reason. UPS is a huge company that is minting money and could care less about their customers when there is an issue. This store is just a bad extension of them.

The owner was very rude. I went to get fingerprinted for a job and to fax some things and to have copies made. He acted like I was bothering him and when he tried to do my fingerprints he said my skin was too thin and he couldnt do it. I told him that I had been fingerprinted there before and that if he would keep trying it would work. He refused to help me and treated me like I was a criminal. I will never go there again for anything and would tell anyone else to find another UPS. There are plenty around.

Horrible experience with this location, not only is the staff rude, but when I talk to the manager/owner, he was totally rude. I shipped 2 packages and one was on my porch the next day and of course, it is not their problem. And the word douche describing this owner of this location is an understatement. I would not use this location ever again. They are not into customer service and should have never opened a customer service business. #Teamrude #theyaremessingupUPSgoodname

The owner is a class A douche bag. Rude is a gross understatement. He should watch where his back, as someone, NOT ME, will probably find some way to to make his life more miserable, than it already is!!! I should have taken my package elsewhere, and from now on, I will. UPS should better screen who they let represent them.

I rented a mailbox from this store and constantly had problems. Mail would arrive weeks late. On multiple occasions my mail was already open and taped back shut. Any time I asked the clerk for help they never had any idea or advice. Completely inconvenient!

Just charged me 2 dollars to tape up an amazon return box. No other UPS store has ever done this to me, and I use amazon return service quite often. To top it all off, the guy was rude about it. Will be using another ups store for my needs

I was about to try this location then read the reviews of being charged for tape. I have a package that needs tape. Owner should clarify on here. Im only giving 3 because Ive never even been to this location.
