I had the very difficult and challenging task of putting together a Memorial card for my deceased husbands Memorial service. I am so thankful for Jaimies help with this project. The store was so busy and she was helping me between all the customers, constantly being interrupted and she always treated everyone professionally and handled their needs promptly. She spent a huge amount of time helping me put a card together and insisted on staying later than the closing time to make sure it was just as I wanted it. At a time when I needed help, not only was Jaimie knowledgable and creative but she was compassionate. Thank you Jaimie!

Decided to try this ups store, and was treated very rudely by Jamie. Im sorry your in the customerservice business and you failed and I was very polite in asking my questions to you. If you were that much worried about the driver leaving exactly at 630 a little help with the door or packages would have made sense. I easily spend thousands a month just in UPS. I will stick with my Clarkston store.

When I asked for a tracking number for a package I was returning to Zappos the clerk told me "next time print one out from the Zappos website". Lazy woman. Just fyi I need to have confirmation the package was sent back. Who knows, maybe that snotty woman might have kept the shoes causing me more problems. Hire some new clerks, that one is going to ruin your business.
