My husband went in to this UPS on Grandriver to return a pair of boots to Amazon. Shiping is Free the only thing needed to be done was to print a lable from the UPS costing $1. The woman who was "helping" him couldnt or just wouldnt help print the lable so he could make the return. She has horrible customer service skills, when I called to ask her questions as to what happened and I got her rude answers over the phone. This is the 3rd time we have been to this location, only because its close to our home. And everytime its the same nasty unhelpful attitudes we receive. This company needs to take a very long look at the people they hire and the way the people that work here treat there customers. If I could give No stars I would because sadly thats what they deserve

the worst passive agressive Custumer service that you can experience..I called the main office and they told me that my package should be at this location by 1 or two pm.I called just to make sure so the guy there didnt know whats going on therefor he told me that my package will be delivered on monday..he tried to avoid helping me by sending meto the main office which I already called and they sent me to him..I told him that my package is supposed to be here.the man was repeating words like he didnt care"you will receive your package on monday"so I knew that he aint gonna help..I said thank you and hang up..now Im going to the location myself to see whats going on.I cant wait till Monday because I have to have this package today and its already too late.

Usually pretty good service. I am a bit miffed today because I called to ask someone check my mailbox for mail and I have been on hold for 22 minutes on one phone and 10 minutes on another phone. Even if the store is that busy, you would think that someone would have answered the phone, say after the 10th minute, to say that the store is extremely busy and I should call back. Just terrible. Guess when my mailbox contract is up, I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Very very rude, unhelpful, mean, disrespectful, and did I mention rude? I saw one customer almost leave in tears. I left this place offended and upset. One associate finds that throwing packages on the ground is appropriate and saying, "Have a good day," answers customers questions. I am never going back, and Ill be surprised if my package makes it in one piece.

Employee with Dreds very rude the Manager just sat there while he was beind rude I said Hi when I came in they both just stared at me I asked about my package because it was not delivered on time I was told they are about to close and to call customer service

Ive been going to this site four years and have always had a pleasant experience. The employees are courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend this location, whenever asked for a good UPS office to go to. Excellent customer service!!

The best ever a refreshing change from the businesses in Detroit it completes grandmont/rosedale . Great Service glad this is something I dont have to drive to the suburbs to use
