This was one of the worst experiences i have ever had trying to get a package. First the fed ex driver left our place of business without leaving our package when we were right inside the building which made me frustrated to begin with. So then I went to pick it up at this location and that is when the real headache began. The bald guy behind the counter (I wish i had gotten his name) said I could not pick up the package (which was perishable) without a business issued photo id. I politely explained that our business doesnt have those, but I had my business card and company vehicle registration with my driver license and state issued certification for a part of my business. He said he would not release the package because there policy is a business issued photo id. My frustration continued. I then said that it was fine they could deliver it tomorrow as long as he could water the perishable items for me so they wouldnt die before being delivered. He then said he couldnt open the boxes because it wasnt company policy. My frustration is boiling. I finally said my last name which is part of the business name was the same and that I just didnt want to lose my product because I couldnt get to it and I didnt understand why the driver didnt walk in the open door and deliver it. He then said they put a different driver on the route every day because it is more efficient that way. My mind is blown how any of this makes sense to a normal person. UPS here I come!!!!!!!

I just read the reviews of the last two people and I am blown away by their complaints. The one orders a wedding gift two days before the wedding and the other does the same thing on Mothers day. Motherss day has the second biggest sales season behind Christmas. I am not saying your complaints are unwarranted but, if Mom or the wedding guest were that important to you, maybe you could have ordered the presents a week early. Not only would your gift be delivered on time, you wouldnt have wasted 8 hours of your time.

I ordered something very important and had it shipped Tuesday to be delivered today. They tell me that they can not ship it to my home nor can I pick up because they are short staffed and no one could personally go in to the sorting facility to retrieve my pakage for a wedding thats tomorrow! THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER DEALING WITH FEDEX!!! They didnt even try to offer any type of help!!!

You guys are liers!!! I just got 3 packages from UPS today!!! and you guys are telling me you came two time to my job that is open from 10am-2am and no one was there!!! Now I have to go pick it up because your new driver dont know where to go! Give me a break you lazy a** drivers!! What ever you do dont use FedEx anymore! UPS so much better

Terrible delivery service, have to drive 30 mins to pick up a package because on TWO attempts the delivery driver is lying about me not being home when trying to deliver my package. Says customer not home/ business close. I was home alone in the quiet for BOTH days and both times i never received a door tag as well. Sorry a** company.

The girl that works name Rochel there LIES to people..tells you to come pick up a package with a copy of the id of the person it is under and she will release the package to you...so i drive 40 minutes to come pick up my package..and they deny me and dont give it to me....COMPLETE LIARS

Worst shipping experience ever. No one throughout the entire process would take responsibility, or give a realistic explanation for the failures. I had to drive 35 miles to take delivery of my shipment. Now I know why FedEx has a reputation as a 3rd rate delivery service.

Very inconsiderate the representative was rude I sat and waited on my package for 8 hours for them to tell me they cant bring they had a delay Im pissed and mad my delivery was a gift for my mother on mothers day and she can not get until Monday or Tuesday

There is no printing option at the store. Theyre open late which is nice but each time I visited this location, I had to wait a few minutes in the lobby before anyone appeared.
