The phone representative Nick was professional and polite. However, he scheduled my delivery, with me, for an AM appointment. When the time lapsed, I called Nick and he apologized and accepted responsibility, because he had me scheduled for an afternoon appointment. The delivery men were friendly and efficient. Customer service was ok, but I wouldnt really consider the service "reliable".

Great job , fun coworkers and good pay! Ive been working at Reliable Delivery for little over a month now and Im absolutely loving it! I quit FedEx to come here and its been the best decision Ive made in years. I would totally recommend taking a look at Reliable if you want a steady job in route delivery .

Roger has been delivering to Advantage Health Downtown for quite some time and has become a real member of the team. He is reliable, professional, courteous and well liked by staff. Roger and the organization provide a great service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
