Sorry - cant truly give any stars...but the form required one star minimum. Promised a resume by 2 pm, arrived at 3 to give ample time. 3 people in the store, but staff kept us waiting for 30 minutes, and were very rude. Resume not available for 6 more hours...no apology or explanation. Staff then walked away and never came back. Extracted a promise to email the resume that evening. Never received the resume and no phone call. ...other customers while we were there had lost pages and other errors. This is where print jobs go to die...never, never go here!

They were very helpful when I needed a rush printing job done. Their design services are limited in house so beware. Dont expect that they are going to be able to lay anything out for you or tweak your files. They did the best they could though and I appreciated that. Friendly staff, helpful. Limited services.

Horrible ass holes work here. With no people skills. They charged me $6 to print one copy.a boarding pass, I guess it depends on the site. Plus they Dont except cash, they make you waste your time and load money on a card. Go to UPS much better service

David and the other staff are always friendly and fast. I rarely have to wait when I pick up my orders and they are done correctly. I like that they remember me. Their copiers in the self serve area always work unlike other locations.

Best FedEx office in the area. Birmingham Fedex is known for long wait times and less than stellar service. 12 Mile and Northwestern has friendly staff, but they always are busy with other people. This place is just right.
