The people who work at this location constantly screw up. They give me other peoples mail, which means they are giving my mail to other people which explains why my mail is late. I have them send me important mail by overnight delivery and they used an incomplete address. When I ask them to send me all of the mail in my box, they send me about a tenth of it. When I called them and asked them where the rest of my mail is they dont apologize. Then I ask them if the other mail will fit in my box - since they didnt send it to me it must not have been in my box - the guy Nick asks, "In your box?" Apparently we are now doing stupid. These people are bad news. Dont use them. --- ADDED MARCH 14, 2011 --- Called today and got the owner. Asked her if she would check my mail. She asked me if I was expecting anything special in a tone of voice implying that she really couldnt be bothered. I told her the name of the company. I couldnt have had had more than 3 pieces as I had paid $30 to have my mail sent to me on 3-12-11 and I only had 4 letters from a period of 2 weeks. She mentioned that I had a small handful of mail. She said I didnt have anything from the company I mentioned. My problem with how this was handled was being asked if I was expecting anything special. It wasnt her business. All she needed to do was tell me who my mail was from. If this woman were interested in customer service, she wouldnt have asked me what I was expecting. In the time it took her to ask me if I were expecting anything special, she could have told me who the 3 pieces of mail were from. On a poster on the wall at this business, they say that they will check your mail for you. However, when ever I get the owner, she always offers less than great customer service. She is average in the area of customer service on her best day.

Honestly, from experience I would NOT give your business to this UPS store. This location nickels and dimes its customers over the pettiest things. They will charge you $2 dollars to tape your box if your forget your tape. $3 dollars to print a single sheet of paper from an email. I even saw one customer fax 20 sheets to be charged $50 dollars upon checkout! The price gouging at this place is ridiculous and I have never dealt with any of these arbitrary charges at any other Ups location. However, the true icing on the cake is the level of non-existent customer service in this store. It all trickles down from the owner Jennifer Midkiff who is an absentee owner and ultimately does not care about her employees, nor her store. Providing the bare minimum level of customer service while charging you for everything under the sun. Vote with your dollar people and avoid this place like the plague. Its clear the employees and owner have an issue doing their job so lets take them out of one.

Travel any required distance to get to another UPS store. The woman clerk (dark hair) who served me was ridiculously obnoxious! Her professionalism was presented with total and complete arrogance. WOW! Owners, train your staff a standard common sense customer care or revise the hiring qualifications so that the eye rolling, hand waiving and snarky comment spiting staff is eradicated! My ten year old has better manners.

The owner was incredibly kind. I was shipping clothing to California for people who lost things to fire. The owner split the cost with me to help out people she didnt even know!!! G-d Bless !!
