Im traveling and trying to conduct business and I have a UPS account. I stopped in this store to ship a UPS Small Box Internationally - Label ready, items just needed to be dropped in a box... Yet, the store would not provide me with the Small UPS box to fill and adhere my completed shipping label. They admit however, that they have a supply on hand. Apparently, the owner feels that since I have an account, I should use my own box. Their only solution was go back and re-do the shipping label and Commercial invoices to fit a basic box I could purchase from their shelf... No thanks. Wont be back.

Just when I thought customer service was dead...I happened upon this wonderful gem. I have managed to forget the amazing guy ls name that helped me today at 6pm (6632 telegraph location) but if someone from UPS is reading this please do yourself a favor and find out who worked tonite! Please reward him for truly representing service excellence. I am sure he didnt think he was doing anything special but he really helped me out. Thank you!!

I had a problem with my NIKE shipment because I typed in my street# wrong. I was on the phone with Nike and UPS all day and they kept redirecting me to each other. I finally called this store near my house and Sam, a super nice lady, was able to situate this in a matter of minutes. I left my call back number and she was super kind and helpful. I should have called her from the start!

Jason, Brandon, and the rest of the staff at this UPS store have always gone above and beyond to help me with my computer, printing, and shipping needs. They explained how to use the computer and reformatted documents for me. Ive also been impressed with the speed and accuracy of a printing order. I will continue to use them for my printing, copying, and shipping needs.
