Person at print center was working best he can with somewhat big order before me. Line formed with 5 other people waiting. Operation Manager came over to assist. All I needed was a PDF printed. He could not figure it out. Apologized and left the area. Now 2nd in line. He waisted my time and did not know the print center. Bless the regular person who helped me promptly. Please train Operational Manager, or someone else what additional help is needed.

Do not buy from here or office max. Bought a laptop that didnt work at closing time. Took it back first thing in the morning and they refused a refund in cash even though I payed in cash and told me I would have to wait 5-7 days for a check. 2 wks later still waiting for check and no one knows when Ill receive it. Worst place to buy electronics from. Horrible customer service.

love my store but today I dialed the number and somehow I got a call center that transferred me to a Texas store. The store in Texas then offered to call the MI location and have them call me. Bad form Office depot for Outsourcing. But thank you random store in Texas...

Its smaller & quiet, yes- but it has the basic things you need, and it opens at 8am! Saved my butt a few times! And the copy and print center is quick and very helpful- plus they usually have great coupons for c&p. Im glad this store is there!

Store has all office supplies that you would expect, however every time Ive been in there they seem very under staffed. As long as you know what you are looking for you are all set, except that youll have to wait in line for ever.

Good store, pretty quiet, staff is usually helpful. I do wish they had more selection of technology products (computers, tablets, accessories, etc..) I am usually able to get what I need at this store.

This old grocery store to Office Depot conversion is way below my expectations. The plaza the store is in, is 75% vacant and the exterior of the store itself lacks the pizazz that says, "Buy here

Very quick and helpful resolving a problem that wasnt even theirs, but should have been resolved by Dell. Dells service - not good. This Office Depot managers service - excellent!

Lots of customers, and the staff was just standing around. 1 register open with someone who moved slower than a sloth. Waited 10 minutes in line.

Great place to go from anything to paper and pens to office furniture to printers and monitors. The staff is amazing and they fix PCs here.
