The postman Alex delivering to 78 Newberry St. Pontiac, MI just took it upon himself to stop delivering mail to my mailbox. Its an apartment complex and everyone else gets theres but he up and said yen days ago " looks vacant so Im gonna stop delivering them mail" .. but my mailbox is in a row with five other ones! They all get there mail! I get paid by check through the mail and my check to pay rent didnt show for ten days.. I called police and had to interrogate the other tenants for possible theft of my mail. All along it was the postman taking it upon himself to put mail in every mailbox but mine. Its more than obvious that this entire complex is full of people, because half of them sit out on the porch a lot. Also the fact that I take my mail every few days should be a sign. So when I asked this Alex about my mail he asked lie it was no big deal. Well because I have to wait almost twenty days note to get money Im in a position to be almost homeless! My landlord didnt care about paychecks not coming he wants rent! So not only do I wait twenty days to my paychecks and any money I also have to pay a $75 late fee!!! Isnt it against the law to not deliver mail to residence that clearly has people living there? Im so upset with this situation, it had caused me so much stress and not to mention having to borrow money that I shouldve had weeks ago! Please fire this guy...,,! If there are any federal charges I can pursue Im going to because this is ridiculous

Completely furious! Just got home from work 5 minutes prior to see the postman was at my mailbox. I have been awaiting pictures from my wedding to arrive. As I stand by my front window for the postal worker to come drop off my package, I see him grab my package, attempt to fit it in my mailbox; look at my house again, then proceed to put my pictures in my mailbox. At this time, im thinking, "maybe the opening was wide enough to fit the pictures" because IT IS decently sized (not a typical mailbox), but its not like I have measured the opening before. I walk out to my mailbox and see that he had FOLDED the cardboard envelope (which states "Do not fold" by the way) and put it in my mailbox. The package specifically states to drop it off at the front door. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? With any delivery we receive to our home, the postal workers seem to have enough basic intellectual ability to realize when something states "Do not fold"... you dont fold it! As the postal worker was now quite a bit away, [though I contemplated driving up to him] I called up to this post office to speak with someone; anyone! No answer after 3 attempts. I know this is a worker from this office, as it states such information on my package and on my tracking information online. Completely terrible service. This worker IS NOT our usual postman, but you can bet I will say something if I see this person delivering my mail again. Terrible work ethic.

I perfer the one on baldwin but my mail always happens to come here. Ah the mailman, I happen to saw him delivering mail while I was munching at the window and didnt thought much of it. Until I went to get the mail and had received one of those "sorry I miss you" note. I wasnt happy to go to the PO when he could of gave me my package in the first place. The staff are friendly so I have no problem with them. Only problem was once my sister forgot her ID so we had to make two trips and at the end of the 2nd trip, we were told that our package was smash and had to be sent back seriously could of told us the first time. We end up wasting 50 mins just going back and forth when we only live 10 mins away.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would!!!!!!! Havent received my mail in 2 weeks. I have called 4 times on the lazy lady that delivers my mail who believes that I need to make her a walk way threw my yard. My sidewalks are clear I have no animals so I do think understand why I cant get my mail. I have been calling the post office for three days now and all it does it does is ring and ring then hang up on me. Im about to call Channel 7 on them maybe that will get a big in the ass to answer a phone or deliver my damn mail.

4 Phone calls back to back ring about 20 times to go to a voicemail that is not set up and hung up on. Finally get someone to answer and I am greeted with, "US Postal Service Please hold" with no time to response. I Have been on Hold now for over 30 minutes until I now am home and look online to see that they are open. If you have a hold it should be answered in a set limit of time. or place you in the que to be talked to or something... My simple question was, "Are you open tomorrow?"...

I have game fly and half the time they dont take my games I want to return. I had a game shipped out on 01/13/2015 and was returned on the 01/15/2015 the weird part I never received that game. I contacted my service they explained it was given to this location. To top it off we have lived in the area for two years and keep receiving mail for people who dont live here. We explained this to our delivery person they say ok, but still keep putting it in our box.

The counter staff is friendly BUT as for the rest of the place: -They dont answer the phone -The supervisor is NEVER available -They lose packages often -Procedures are NOT followed As Im writing this I have been sitting in the lobby for a half hour while they try to wake a supervisor up to come help find a package that was attempted with no notice.

I have tried calling there on SEVERAL different occasions and have not received any help at all. I keep getting routed to a voicemail that is full or has not been set up. The one time I left a message, the person did not call me back. Im severely disappointed that I am losing out on $50.00+ because the post office cannot just return my calls.

They openly admitted to delivering my package to the wrong building and wrong apartment but refused to do anything about it. They never answer their phones. The only time I was able to get through was when customer service line had to transfer me or have them call me. Worst. Place. Ever.

Very rude. The manager told me "Im not trying to pick on you" but yet she kept insulting me. Also apparently the scale in the lobby is off so expect to pay more. Why have a scale if it is broken. You will always wait in line and they are never friendly.

Wouldnt answer the phone, did not deliver packages on time or update tracking status. usually my packages go through Rochester post office which is wayyyy better. delivers things on time, easy to reach and helpful, etc... avoid this location if possible
