I have had terrible expeierencs with FedEx and other ship and print services however this location has totally changed my mind. The team here is AMAZING!!!! Christine is an editing master and Adobe wiz. She has not only helped my career but she has also made miracles happen with customized orders and incredible turn around. Arbie and Dave are always friendly and willing to help, I truly am in awe with this group. I recommend this shop to everyone, I live in Roseville and drive 40 minutes because of the quality this center produces.

FedEx had exactly what I needed. I will use them often. The technician was knowledgable and helpful. I needed oversized prints from PDF files and they had several options. B/W prints were fast and cheap. Color lasers were also very reasonable. Higher end prints were available on gloss or matte vinyl. Great quality and higher priced.

These idiots are not helpful at all, they have no idea why or how my package wasnt there. Some lady from the back wanted to chirp in about my situation even though she had no idea what I was even talking about! I will never use fed ex again, they should be ashamed of their customer service.

Awful. Awful. You wait in line forever even when theres only one person in front of you. Rude staff and they treat you like an idiot. If you enjoy being treated like a child and waiting forever for horrible service then youve found the FedEx for you!

Needed to print blueprints for work and they were able to print them on the big paper I needed! 3ft big. I had my blueprints on a flash drive in the form of a PDF file and they said no problem!!!

Very long wait everytime, Ive stopped going avoid at all costs..... Lady that is usually there is extremely slow and cannot multi task.
