Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I called to get additional info on a package with tracking and the lady said she could not track it and provide me with details although I do this on a regular basis for lost packages across the US as I ship thousands of packages every month. So I ask if someone else there can help me, "no." So I ask if she has info on another post office I can maybe speak with someone who can help, "no- I dont know." Why even answer the phone?! If I ran my business that way Id be out of business. HORRIBLE!

Waited in line for 35 mins to cash a $19.00 postal money order at noon. Was told he could not cash it. he does not have that much money cause he just opened up. Was told to get in the next tellers line. Was treated like I some how unconvinced them by both tellers. Why would you start your day with less then $10 in the register and treat people like its there fault?

These employees are the rudest around. The guy is nice but the women there are terrible. They will NOT help you at all and are always totally irritated. Unacceptable. I avoid this location unless completely necessary because of them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Horrible customer service. Never enough workers only one or two at a time. And when you call over the phone the wait is ridiculously long. 30-50 minute waits. Would not recommend this one.
