Horrible experience. FedEx confused my address with another city so decided not to deliver. I spoke to them, gave them the proper directions and was told they would deliver after the weekend. Monday and no package, I call and they say have it on hold and they dont know why since I didnt request it. Im then told that it will be shipped the next day. The next day gets here and no package. I call again and im told that what they can do for me is send me a message in a few days as to why the package wasnt delivered. WTF? Not, were going to deliver right away, but well take even more days, even though you paid $15 for shipping, we take more days just to let you know why its taking us so long. Ive also had a previous driver steal my packages before, I will never use FedEx if I can help it.

Horrible customer experience. I worked from to wait for a package and received an email that the delivery was not completed due to no one is home to sign the package. When I call customer service to find out what happened, the is not a local representative that I can deal with to resolve the issue. USPS and UPS service is way superior in relative sense.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. I was supposed to get my package on Tuesday and here it is Thursday. No package no estimation nothing. Just a bunch of lies. Horrible customer service horrible experience.
