Ive been coming here for a longtime. Until today. I walk up to a guy with a baseball cap behind the counter that doesnt even greet me as I walk up to him. That awkward silence as he just looked at me like what the hell did I want? Its obvious he didnt want to help me the minute I stepped in the store. I asked him to simply put some seal the box with tape on the box. Ive done many times before at this location so I thought it shouldnt be an issue. He looks at me stating "Its not my job to tape boxes and I dont get any extra money seal boxes and UPS doesnt pay me enough seal boxes" I offered him money to seal the box but then he rudely said next time have everything sealed next time in a nasty tone. Didnt even give a receipt or tracking number after asking for it. Where do they find these GED drop outs that lack customer service. If you dont like you job quit. There was a nice young lady before who was very helpful. Too bad she is gone. They hired a new group of morons. Ill never step foot in his store and let everyone know to avoid his place. It used to be a good place.

Awesome customer service. I briefly moved my UPS mailbox to a location that was more convenient and am now moving it BACK to this store even though it is 20 minutes further. I have had a mailbox here for years and they have never lost a single package or letter, are always friendly and helpful and every package I have ever mailed has gone out without a hitch. A+ to this store! - Other UPS stores could learn a thing or two from this store!

Absolutely awful. There was a young lady there when I visited and she was so rude. Wouldnt give me a receipt for the package I wanted to send out and said she couldnt do it. Makes no sense to me. How the hell do I not get a receipt saying that they have my packages?! Went to the UPS on Drake and Grand River and they gave me a receipt. Never coming here again.

Young lady working at the store was very courteous and patient with my somewhat complicated transactions even though she had a line of customers to try to help. She made it seem easy. Very pleasant experience.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER ship with UPS. The absolute WORST service I have ever recieved. Not only that but I tried to reach someone to complain and could only get a recording. Im done with these morons!
