Absolutely abysmal customer service. I have never seen a more inept group of workers in my entire life. I have lived in my current address for over a year now and UPS continuously marks my purchases as fraudulent and refuses to deliver them. I have spoken with the regional people as well as local and i have been assured that this issue has been taken care of... yet here I am today lodging a complaint on every level possible due to their continued incompetence. I will never recommend this company for shipping. I will be doing everything possible to use FedEx or any other shipping media to avoid dealing with such an incompetent bunch. Oh and one more thing that slipped my mind, upon telling someone at the facility the information that was conveyed to me directly from the manager at the facility, I was told that "[she] didnt believe that happened. Theres no way that any of our drivers would do that. I was a driver for 26 years and I know that you are mistaken." So essentially i was called a liar after repeating what was told to me by the manager of the facility. I was told that I would need to "prove" that I live in my home. which means providing proof that my name is on the mortgage, or the deed, or in something official which links me to my own home. Under normal circumstances, I would only feel that my privacy was being mildly violated and I would do this with only a mild sense of annoyance. However, the fact that I have been told that I need to prove I live here after well over a year of this crap just feels like the last straw. I dont have any desire to assist these people in any capacity considering that it is their fault 100% that I havent received the service that they supposedly provide. I will be lodging a complaint to the better business bureau after this review is posted. Oh and one other thing which seems offensive and completely ridiculous, My wife and I have different last names, as she is a professional with many accolades to her name. I did not want a name change to in any way nullify her achievements. However, UPS just couldnt understand how two people could reside in the same home and have different last names! This is just absolutely atrocious customer service as well as poor delivery of services (no pun intended).

I really dont understand how some of these employees have their jobs. My table was delivered to the wrong house I had 3 packages coming from the same vendor. I revived an email first thing that morning my table was at my side door. I was home nothing was there. In that same afternoon another on of my packages was delivered to my front door I was home to receive it. We never received the first original package. We call to report that it was not received she said the driver had mixed the last two digits up in the address instead of 23 it was delivered to 32 it was placed in the notes of the delivery. That they would investigate and if the table wasnt found they would replace it. She was very nice. Today over a week later an extremely rude lady calls me to tell me it was delivered to my address because of where the ups truck was parked. I explained it was delivered to the house across the street the numbers are switched. She said I was lying and very rude about how she handled it. But how was I lying when I have no package and the last person from her company told me it was the drivers mistake. So now no table still and the only way they will continue to help me "investigate" is for me to get police involved. That crazy that your company admitted to messing up already and notw its my fault. For such a large company I expected at least better customer service. What a shame.

Had the most unpleasant experience trying to ship something on ice from this location. Was instructed to place in outbox ( This was at 7:35 am) 5 minutes from my job. At 2:15 pm received a call from my doctors office stating that a representative from the UPS office refused to send it because the package was leaking. Of course it was leaking it was on ice. Had you posted sign stating the times you retrieve packages from your front door I would never have placed the package there to begin with. Just use common sense and post a sign on the "Drop Box" listing the times you empty the box. My sample was on ice!!!!!!! When a customer makes CONTACT WITH A MANAGER PLEASE TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE ON THE PROCESS FOR RETIREVING PACKAGES. Uggggggggggh ......xoll313!!!!! All I needed was an apology and a sign, it should not require a lengthy conversation on the matter. Terrible customer service and a manager who missed an opportunity to make it right. Because of your incompetence, I now have to re-submit the samples delaying my treatment for a couple of weeks.

I have been waiting patiently and very excitedly for a package to be delivered for my first granddaughter. I requested to get feedback as to when its being delivered so I was slightly concerned to read that it had said that it had been left on an outside porch. No package was delivered. It was supposed to have been delivered at 6:02pm and of course when I tried calling I got a recording! This package needless to say was pretty pricey so I was very concerned. Well Thank God my husband decided to walk outside and just happened to notice a large box across the street. I went across and looked at the name and you guessed it! It was MY BOX! I felt very uncomfortable taking the box as they werent home. Yes Im still waiting for someone to pound on my door! My only saving grace is Ive lived here 30 years! I do not know these people and our address do not in the LEAST match!! So yes UPS driver, you FAIL!! I only hope I can reach someone on a Saturday to let them know you FAIL!

YO, Shout out to the IDIOTIC UPS driver that constantly leaves packages at my door without notifying anybody in my house- ever hear of a doorbell? Its not always a big deal but with 45 MPH winds and constant precipitation over the last 24 hours, coupled with the fact that this was an electronic device, you get my vitriol. As if I wasnt already upset by the way you tear through my subdivision at speeds in excess of 35 MPH, Im officially angry enough now to make it public. Im also going to go out of my way to ship via FedEx now.

I paid for 3 day shipping so that I would receive a package on a Friday. The delivery driver forgot to bring my package with him in the morning. I now have to wait until Monday for my items even though I paid for expedited delivery. Customer service said they can do nothing to get my package to me this weekend, I cant even go pick it up. Thats completely unacceptable. If a driver forgets a package, they need to go back for it. I fully expect a refund on shipping fees.

I have the address to my building on the road side of the building as required by local law. the driver was unable to locate address and took it upon himself to try to find an apartment when no apartment was listed on shipping label only the address. the Livonia center then decided to take it upon themselves to not ship out package next day making me have to pay an employee time and gas to pick up package this is the second time I have had a problem with this center
