Ordered an item without being pre-informed that it would be shipped UPS. This is clearly the least professional shipping company i have ever dealt with. Paid for 3 day priority (almost 20 dollars) almost a week ago at this point. They fail to deliver and refuse to allow me to meet the driver along route to retrieve my item (a necessity for my job). I refuse to do business with them going forward and i refuse to do business with companies that offer this as an only shipping option going forward.

They are really friendly & they pick-up their pace when they are busy. I PREFER them over their main competitor due to the fact that UPS tells u your price not change it depending on how they send it & they dont tell you until u get your monthly statement and if u read it or use your bank card and u dont balance. They are a pinta. (I hope everyone knows what it means; except the little ones.) Look for your shipping company. UPS IS HONEST!!! & FRIENDLY. (Sorry for the long rating.) :-)

I never had trouble with ups until I moved to taylor. This is the absolute worst place in the world. If Satan had a home it would be here. I would trust Casey Anthony to watch my children more then I would trust this location to deliver my package. Two different times they decided not to deliver my package and just return to sender. They should just close this location and put these useless idiots out on the streets. They obviously dont give two craps about their high paid union jobs.

UPS driver left my $400 video game system on my from steps in the rain because i was at work. Not leaving one of those sticky notes saying they would attempt to redeliver or for me to pick up just left it in the rain and i live in an townhouse complex none the less so anyone could have taken it seeing as i was at work until 7pm and have no idea how long it was there for but the box was soaked! Called and they dont seem to care.

UPS should close this center. Drivers do not ring doorbell and simply knock on the door and leave a note on the door to either pick up in the evening or they will attempt again next day. Next day same thing repeats and ultimately you are forced to go their center on Northline Road. The clerk then sends you back to call the main office of UPS in case you intend to pick up personally.

Everyone heres so friendly and professional. I love using UPS for my shipments, and I look forward shipments coming from other companies that use UPS. I have yet to have any problem with this company. I am truly very satisfied. However I do wish that this center was open on Saturday and Sunday. Also UPS my choice app is very helpful. All-around five stars.

I have had so many packages, expensive ones, mysteriously disappear from my front door. Im currently in collections for a two hundred dollar shipment which I never received, but because the merchant provided a tracking number, Im the liar. These people are careless, irresponsible, lying, imbeciles and thieves. When dealing with them proceed, cautiously.

My package was out for delivery on may first it never came then I call them today to see what the delay is all about and they tell me they lost it. I wouldnt be surprised if the driver stole it. Ive been in this facility once and the staff are all rude and look like typical downriver trash.

Lying Criminals, said they delivered my package, UPS TRUCK never came to my location. Now Im being instructed to contact amazon to see if they will send me another package. What about the package that was supposed to be delivered?? Thats $300 in merchandise in the hands of lying criminals.

Everytime I get a package through ups it ends up broken or damage or the boxs looks like this.. this is before I opened it and as you can tell its a carset which is scary because its for my babys safty. If you want your stuff to come safely and not damaged I suggest you use FedEx.

How could someone delivery a package opened on both ends, bike pedal falling out , and box crushed & ripped ? I watched him dump and run, I only wish I was able to get to the door!!!!! They suck and I do feel bad because I hear they have it awful as employees .

Package never made it to the front door. Driver said he delivered it anyway. Now Im out $300. I am never buying anything shipped via UPS again. To the jerk driver who lost my vintage Fender guitar, there is a special circle of hell just for your kind.

This facility is an absolute joke! The manager in charge is horrible. Worst facility in the area. DO NOT use this place unless you want DAMAGED ITEMS! THE DRIVERS ARE NEGLIGENT AND DAMAGE YOUR PACKAGES ON PURPOSE! Better to use Fedex!

The service I got through ups is the worst I have ever got. I strongly suggest to use FED EX. They are impossible to get them to pay for a claim. They just keep giving you a run around until u give up. Im just done with this service.

Ive been using UPS store for years I have been getting packages shipped. I have not had a problem with Delivery or service My only complaints come from the product store. I will always use it until I have something better to use.

Horrible service, and customer care ? ha thats a joke. I paid to have a document shipped next day and its been two days and I still havent seen it. UPS is a joke, Fed Ex is the only delivery service I am using from now on.

Got to love how ups has high shipping cost and they cant get it to u on the day they have your package. I cant stand ups. I wish I lot of these companys would go with someone else for shipping.

Terrible service, none of the computers can read a card and all of the employees have better things to do than help someone at the desk. Lady thought it was funny that the systems wouldnt work.
