Horrible. The employees on the phone are unbelievably rude, to an extent that they provide you with a fake name when you request it, in order to avoid any responsibilities regarding their rude behavior. Under NO circumstances I would ever use this delivery company. The problem, despite their attitude, was not so much on the delay of the luggage, but in the fact that they are so disorganized that they cant even provide you with an estimate. Its award winning bad service and organization, I feel sorry for whoever has to deal with them.

The airlines will tell you that your luggage will be delivered in a very early timeframe. They arent taking into consideration that the company they sell the account to, has to pick up and then distribute the luggage between delivery drivers. I have had great success with this company!

Under no circumstances should anyone use this company for anything. After Delta airlines loses your bags they hand them off to these clowns. When you call the number to try and reach anyone you will get nothing but ringing. If you need your stuff, punt.
