Giving four stars. I dont give five stars to this place because I had to ask to use the tools available. Offering tools to paying customers working on-premise is important. Your associates help with basic car work. I was told they offered tools and then asked. At first, they said they dont offer them but changed their response when I told them what I was doing. The store associates and manager helped me with everything I needed. I had a multi-hour job to do on my car and ended up buying all the tools I needed. Ended up paying $25 for something the mechanic wanted $250 for. Seven trips later Im a happy customer.

Love the store well organized and clean, but some the employees can be lazy and distant not quick to help at times, its usually empty in there. Not bad but could improve on employee training.
