Ladies do not go to this shop unless you know your stuff..... The owner Joe presents himself as an honest business man but he is not..... He cheated me out of my money twice already for something he knew that was going to happen. He so called checked my muffler twice, charged me 75 the first time.... The muffler strap broke while I was driving and I had to get it towed to his lot on Saturday, wait till Monday to go to the shop.... Thank god the strap broke and thats all it need "like he said but Im sure he was hoping for more". Before this, he was suppose to check my muffler again when I was there to get my strut done which he charged $380 for, after he "fixed the muffler first time". I told him about the noise the car was making and he said he would take it out (drive it to see what Im talking about)... He never did... So, to fix the strap, he tried to charge me $134 and some change. Telling me that the part is 50 bucks and he had to take the whole muffler off and go into my car to put it on..... I just looked at for literally glaring.. I knew he was lying.... So magically he came up with $102. I just want my car. Id been up all night.. I had to catch the bus at 640 in the morning to get there when they open... I want to get the hell out of there... Dont go here without knowing your stuff! Or dont go here period.

For "heavy lifting" auto repair I only come to Correct Car Care. Joe Keys is the owner and he pulls no punches. You want to know whats wrong, how much time to fix it and the cost. Joe will tell you without sugar coating it. Best of all, he and his staff back up what they say, They are as honest as the day is long. I had a Chrysler LHS that meant everything to me. It stopped running. Joe and staff tried everything to no avail. He even called in retired Chrysler engineers to fix it and they couldnt. Through sheer will and two weeks of never-quit attitude Joe finally found the problem and got my LHS running. How much more did I pay for this? Nothing. Joe said he was embarrassed it took him so long! If you want your car fixed right, Correct Car Care is my recommendation.

I called this place as I needed front and rear brakes done on my car. I spoke with one of the techs and asked him if they use on-car brake lathe, or off the car brake lathe. He avoided the question and just told me "we replace brake rotors on 99% of the cars we work on". Are you kidding me? lol So, they just replace parts even though not needed. Hmmm...I wonder why! It is because its easier and faster to replace rotors than resurfacing, or is it because you make more profit selling brake rotors/drums than actually machining them, or maybe you just dont have the proper equipment to get the job done right the first time. Who knows?! All I know is that Im off to the next shop. I doubt if the tech knew what on-car brake lathe is. lol What a joke!

They did a good job replacing my brakes and fuel line. A quality job. Two major issues, they kept my car for more than a week and never called me. And when I called them, they acted like I was bothering them as if I were an idiot. Id trust them again to do a good job. I dont mind waiting versus getting the car back quickly and having a totally horrible job. They just need to do a better job with customer service. I would recommend.
