My car was taken there after being towed. I ended up dealing with the owner who is nothing but rude and not helpful at all! They dont have all the facts together and I spent 3hrs trying to get my car out! Most disrespectful Bussiness owner I have ever met and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!! What a horrible experience!!!!! What a lack of professionalism!

Very poor experience. Tow truck driver didnt want to back down my driveway because the "leaves on the trees hit his mirrors" and didnt want to "damage" his work truck. Also was a real ass talking to him when he arrived.

Overpriced repairs and they rape you on towing when you are vulnerable after totaling your car after a deer accident. Only good to suggest to worst enemy.

This place is a joke. Work hand in hand with MPD. Tow your vehicle then play games when you try to get it back. I Wouldnt let them work on my bicycle.
