Guy asked the tech if he showed me the dipstick, he said yes but he didnt actually show me anything. I think the tech was new, clearly didnt know much about cars. They almost put the wrong oil in the car, then when we started up the car it wouldnt crank over.. Honestly never happened before, its a 2011 Malibu. Were definitely a bit worried at this point seeing as this car has always performed well and the new tech lied about the dipstick and almost put the wrong oil in. Then when they offered a jump, the charge box was clearly plugged in and the tech put the cables on backwards sending sparks and making the radio flicker! I saw the other tech quickly switch the cables, and my girlfriend is in tears at this point. They yell at us for accusing their techs of screwing up the car, swearing and accusing us of disrespecting them! Really? So I have been calm the whole time and get the owner to relax a little and with logic I get him to realize they messed up. I ask "if the machine is unplugged, would it spark when connected?" he said no so I ask "also why would they switch the cables?" then they get mad again and kick us out of the building! Threatened to call the cops on us so we told them to go ahead and call them. Once the car was pushed out to a parking spot I get on my phone and start calling around for help, then the owner comes back, calmly, so i talk to him. He offers to help out, saying that if something were broken he would cover it. Im pretty sure that they have cameras and went and reviewed it real quick, either that or the nervous tech fessed up and told the truth that he did mess up. Luckily nothing was broken, once we pushed the car back to the building they jumped the car properly, thank God that ordeal is over. My girlfriend used to bring her car to this place specifically, now we will never ever go here again.

This place is the worst place Ive ever gone to because they lied stright to my face. They told me they could top my my antifreeze off for $, and also that the cap was loose. I said I would have my uncle look at it They made me waste gas by driving out of the way to have my uncle check the antifreeze which was perfectly fine, and i spent $14 on antifreeze that my car didnt need! When my Uncle called to infirm them that the cap is suppose to be like that and the antufreeze is at the right line for rengine rrunning hot they were rude to him and told him they topped it iff which was not true!

I came here for years. Unfortunately, my last 3 visits they tried to sell me optional items as if my car would die without them. Really? Is the profit from a cabin air filter enough to offset the loss of this very loyal customer? News flash: just because I dont like to change my own oil doesnt mean I dont know my way around a car. You didnt fool me, but if I cant trust you.. So long.

This place is terrible! I went in for an oil change and they quoted me $50 dollars for the regular oil. I told them I have never paid over $25 dollars for an oil change in my life. They proceeded to tell me " Well, you have a Lincoln, you should be able to afford it." I told them I wanted to get service elsewhere because I did not feel comfortable giving them my service.

Ive trusted these guys w my vehicles for years. I put my childrens & my own safety in their hands and they never let me down. Great customer service even when they are busy they do their best to get to everyone quickly . Prices are great from oils change to tires and repairs. I live in Wayne and still travel all the way to Madison hts bc I only trust these guys.

I sent my wife there and service people claimed that it was a special filter, well, cartridge is not a special filter; and charged more. After my wife asked servicer not to install new oil plug he stil did, and charged for it. Well, they are not going to see my business again.

This place is the worst!!! They will scam you!!! I took my truck to swap tires and they tried to tell me my tires wouldnt fit so they can sell me some used ones! When I told them no the owner of the place got mad and told me to leave!!! LOL what a way to do business...

Crooks... Damaged my daughters car, half assed fixed it. Then when their fix broke, they had the nerve to get angry and call me names on the phone for expecting them to fix it. Rude, will never go to these crooks again. If you value your car go somewhere else...

Came here for an oil change and price for a 5w 20 car is super high. Customer service was terrible and oil change took almost 20 mins. Wont be back here.
