Originally, my car was not blowing cool air out of the vents. I explained the problem to the guy at the front desk and told him if he can get it cool for a month or less I would be happy. He told me it would be 9.99 to run a check on it and I agreed to this price. After waiting for about 2 hours or so in the lobby I was told that there was a leak and the Freon wouldnt even last five minutes. The service-repair guy said the car is still blowing HOT air. Keep in mind this is mid-July and my car is all black! I declined to have them fix the problem as I could not afford any parts and labor. When checking out I asked for the price. $162.00. I asked why is the cost so much when my car will not hold any Freon and still blows out hot air. He said we put Freon in. I then asked why would you do this when you knew the compressor had a leak. That would be like me charging you for a cup of coffee when I know there is a hole in the cup! The lady who works at Firestone and handles customer concerns argued with me and finally agreed to give me a discount of 50%. So I paid $81.00 and my car still blows out hot air and I wasted 2 hours of my Saturday at their store. I would go somewhere else for your car troubles. However, on a positive note, the store manager, Jerry, returned on Monday and gave me a follow up call to discuss my concerns. After explaining my argument to the store manager, he decided to refund my $81.00. I was very impressed with the way he handled my concern, and would give him a five star rating for his outstanding and timely customer service!

Really wished I hadnt WASTED my time going to this Location. The reviews dont lie..We went in on Sunday for an oil change and alignment. After Specifically requesting 10W 20 Synthetic Oil...2 Hours later we received our car back with them putting 5W-30 oil and our alignment in the same condition we came in there with...NO TEST DRIVE WAS DONE ON OUR CAR, NO ONE CAME TO STATE THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE OIL THAT WE WERE REQUESTING...WHO DOES THAT??? When we asked who we assumed was the manager why this oil was placed in our car without our permission he stated Some oil was better the no oil..REALLY??? DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION!!! CALLING CORPORATE NOW!!!

I recently have been scammed by a local dealer, they claimed work under a warranty contract that they never completed. This location finished my work, and although I wasnt able to claim the work under my warranty, they fixed my needs and gave me a break. They are very kind, honest, and straight forward. My service advisor informed me that they believe in treating customers the way they would want to be treated if they were the customers. This is a wonderful philosophy and shows good management as well as associates for this location. They apologized for all my headaches and guaranteed if I come back in they would always take care of me.

We were on our way to move from Illinois to Florida and our alternator belt broke. This place was the closest auto shop within walking distance from our hotel and they are extremely slow and unprofessional. We were charged $400 to fix our alternator belt and sat here from 8am to almost 4pm. Ive watched the employees sit around and chat, play on their personal cell phones, and they continued to jack up the labor price the longer we sat here. Why should we have to pay more because theyre choosing to do whatever they want? This place is ridiculous. If we werent in dire straits, we would have never chosen to come here.

Jason was very rude to my daughter and to me, it is one thing to be rude but to lie and say I went on and on because I ask a question and checked him for being rude is another...it was a 2 minute conversation. You would do good to get another manager. I will be taken my buisness elsewhere and will be reporting Jason to corporation offices. Jason you need a course in public communications and to learn how to speak to women and a course on respect. Jason is not a very good repersentation for your company. And will also being spreading the word around about your company and your rude lying manager!

roadtrip, front counter person was ok. Got to location and mechanics outside of place looked mean like they didnt want us there. After coming in, they even looked at my wife and kids the same way. Unaccept able, only stopped because of emergency. Never will go back. Also very expensive, over $500 for a radiator flush and new radiator. Also took 3hours and new radiator here in 20min. Never again. New rad 90 advance, what about the other $400????? They drive nice cars maybe!

Horrible experience 1 1/2 hour oil change and then explained " oh sorry " my guy thought you were the rental company! Not totally sure I trust my car was handled appropriately.. one minute its on the rack being the "rental car" and suddenly its done!... No inside vacuming even of the floor boards A total disaster I will go tomorrow definetely and check the workmanship I dont think anything was done to the car at all

Extremely fast service even with me being a walk-in. What could have been a couple hours affair was easily handled within minutes. The new store manager Steven is very personable and made sure I was squared away with all repairs completed, all future quotes calculated, and all questions answered. A1 service

I took my car here for an easy fix that really just required taking a plate off the bottom of car. I was treated courteously and promptly, as they helped solve the problem. The clerk/mechanic (Kevin I think his name was) was very nice and professional. They helped tremendously.
