Greensboro Tire has the best customer service! I have been a long time customer and recently purchased a new set of tires. The tires were definitely not compatible with my 09’ Honda Accord. They tried adjusting them but they still did not feel right on the vehicle. After a week of driving on them I was just not satisfied. They actually took the tires back and exchanged them for another brand and I just paid the difference. I expected them to be difficult about me wanting to do this but they were very professional and wanted to be sure I was satisfied……Now that is good customer service! I don’t usually write reviews, but was so impressed with their service I felt compelled to let everyone know. I always have that “fear of mechanics” where you feel like you may be taken advantage of, but I never feel that way at Greensboro Tire. I would like to say THANK YOU to Gary, Russ, and the entire staff at Greensboro Tire for doing such a great job!

Another great experience at Greensboro Tire! I had an Oil Change & Tires Rotated this morning. Gary Usry checked me in & Garrett Usry (Garys son; aka G-Money) serviced my wifes 16 Kia Sportage LX. While I sat in the Waiting Area, I had a very nice conversation w/ another regular customer, Sonny Irvin. Within about 35 minutes, I was on my way to work. The friendliness, timeliness & efficiency w/ which my Service was done is very much appreciated. It was also good to see Wayne, Becky, Leah, Dan, Flea, Pete & Ty (I had to mention Ty, he paid me!). I encourage you to stop by & allow them to Service your vehicle. Once youve experienced their courteous & excellent care, youll want to return for all your automotive needs. These guys are AMAZING! My friend and I were hauling some horses from Atlanta to Aiken and we had a trailer tire blow out on I-20. We called Greensboro, and they told us to come on in. They had an employee waiting out in the parking lot for us when we pulled in, and they started working on the trailer even before we had gotten out of the truck. From start to finish, the tire change took less than 15 minutes - something we very much appreciated as we had three horses still on the trailer and wanted to minimize their stress. The team was absolutely incredible - they were friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great, ridiculously fast service. I had a blowout on a horse trailer on the interstate. I called these guys and they had someone in the parking lot, waiting on me, waving me in. Before I was out of the truck, they were jacking up the trailer, horses and all, and checking tire pressure on th other tires. They were like a nascar pit crew!!! Before I could get to the office, pay, and return they were completely done changing my tire. The front of house staff was kind, considerate, and really efficient. Thanks for saving the day!!!!

Russ and their team of mechanics immediately got to work and quickly identified what was wrong. My teenage daughter broke down on I20 in the middle of the night. After waiting for hours for AAA to do nothing, I contacted Tire Pros as soon as they opened. They were very understanding and quickly arranged a tow within minutes which for some reason AAA couldnt do in 3 hours. They repaired her car and had her on her way quickly for a reasonable price. Very professional and considerate.

Very honest people work here. We bought 4 tires... But car still pulled to right. Went back for wheel alignment... They found out we need new motor mounts... And did not charge us for the diagnosis. Said wed be OK to drive back to PA.
