On Sunday May 28, I needed to fix, or change my car Battery, I went to this Advanced Auto Parts for this reason, A young lady who was alone in the store told me after testing my car battery that this Battery is still good but it needs to be recharged, I replied with okay, but I will wash my car first, and comeback in few minutes, when i came back, I found Arab American guy with her, his name was (ASH), as per uniform teeshirt, I gave my car key to the young lady, and I went to the store corner to find car floor mat, suddenly I heard the Arab man yelling to me from behind the counter, I came to him, he looked at me in ugly face, and told me: we cant do your car, I said thats okay, but why your face look unhappy, and I added that Im better treated in other Auto Parts Store with decent behavior, now please start my car with store Jumper in order to leave this place soon, then he started saying bad words to me and my father, Im 57 old man, I dont need this bad Arab behaviour,

OK.. but when I did the online order and picked the battery, the staff member didnt offer to replace the battery. Thats why they lost one star.
