Went in on Saturday to get oil changed. Opted for full synthetic service. Happy they didnt try to upsell other things, which is why Im giving them 2 stars. However, on Monday noticed oil pressure seemed slightly lower than normal. Reviewed the receipt and Quicklane used 5w-20 instead of 5w-30 as vehicle called for. Honest mistake, called and explained situation. Person on phone said to come in and ask for Ivan (manager) and would get it sorted out. Came in next day, and was told by the representative that they talked to the technician and that the 5w-30 was "definitely put in, but the paper wasnt changed." Was heavily pressured to not do anything, and ended up walking out without getting oil re-changed. Never ended up seeing Ivan. I feel others should be aware this is my experience here and I will not be returning. I dont often trust others to work on my vehicles, and this has broken what little trust I did have in the shop attached to the dealership where I bought my vehicle. I would expect this to be a no questions asked fix, and the fact I was pressured away from what was implied on the phone I feel is a disingenuous way to operate a business, and part of what makes people dislike service shops.

Printed sign on door saying they were closing 2 hours early and not taking more cars for the day. Counter agent was rude. Gentlemen before us was there to pick up his car. Agent went through pick up list, didnt see form. Customer spelled his last name for the agent, was a simple name but could have multiple spellings. Agent went off on the customer about spelling the last name, and yelled at customer accusing the customer of treating the agent like he rode "the short bus". I walked out without any service.

I went in on a Saturday, unaware that they were just about to close for the day, with a quick fix request to replace a broken windshield nozzle. They were able to help me even though they were no longer taking any more cars for the day. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Wonderful!

Great service!!! First time here and was very quick and knowledgeable!!! Felicia was awesome I really appreciate it since we have had bad luck lately at other quick lane locations!!!

Oil change was a good value, even got a car wash! It was about a 40 minute wait for my car to get done which they claimed was quick but felt like forever.
