I had great experience at Precision Tune Auto Care. I brought my car there on a Saturday and got my dianostic done and it came up to be a fuel pump assembly problem. The manager Mr. Frank told me to bring my car back Tuesday he will have the part to fix the problem. I returned on Tuesday right after they closed. They were able to stay open a little longer until got there because they knew I needed my car for work the next day. When I got there Mr. Frank told me that my pressure to the fuel pump assembly was fixed but my check engine light was still on. He had took the time to research what might be still causing the problem. He figured that I needed another part that helps regulate the pressure and he guaranteed me that it would fix my problem. I had already paid a lot of money to fix the fuel pump assembly so he told me that he would order the regulator and put it in free of charge. I would just have to bring it in on Monday. I dropped my car off at 3:30pm. I got phone call from Mr. Frank that my car was fixed!!!! His team did a great job on fixing my car and making me feel comfortable while I waited for them to finish everything! Love this place. Im truly a customer for life! This is the place to bring your car for great service and auto care!

Precision Auto Saved My Life! This is absolutely the best place to have your vehicle serviced! I highly recommend Precision Auto to ANYONE! I came in simply to have my oil changed, and left with a safe vehicle! Honestly, I dont take very good care of my car. I Hadent had my car serviced in over a year and it was 12,000 miles over due! Its an older Malibu that was in pretty bad shape! Instead of simply changing my oil, Uncle Frank pulled me to the side and told me everything that was wrong with my car. Not having my vehicle serviced for a year caused severe damage to my engine. Not only that, my breaks were completely destroyed. Needless to say, I could not afford to pay total price to have my repairs done at that time. Uncle Frank and Sidney absolutely would not let me leave without ensuring that I was on the road in a safe Vehicle! Uncle Frank Sacrificed the cost of the labor because there was absolutely no way they were going to let me leave like that! I am now on he road in a safe, fuel efficient, healthy vehicle Now knowing the importance of service, I will forever give these great people my business!

This place was beyond amazing! Im a college student who had some serious issues with my car, and my boyfriend had previously been here and got an amazing deal and had a great experience. When they inspected my vehicle it was going to be so expensive to repair. This of course freaked me out cause like I said college student and only working part time, there was no way I could afford it! The manager/owner worked with me and gave me an amazing deal, and I couldnt be any happier! My car is running like new, and I will never take my vehicle to any other repair shop in valdosta except precision tune auto care. These guys were incredible, and I am truly thankful. Definitely the best experience possible; they went above and beyond to help me out and I will never be able to thank them enough! You guys are absolutely amazing!!! Thank you Uncle Frank!

Uncle Frank at Precision Auto Tune is the absolute BEST. I was stranded at the beauty supply store with a dead battery and the first place I thought of to go to was PAT because I knew hed look out for me. I walked 6 blocks up to the store and Mr. Frank immediately took care of me as soon as I walked through the door. I was frantic and going crazy cause I know nothing about cars but he drove me up to where my car was parked and recharged my battery enough to make it back up to the store. He then checked around for an affordable battery for me and installed it FOR FREE. All of this he did and the store was technically closed. He couldve turned me away, but Out of the kindness of his heart he helped me from start to finish. Theres truly no other place in Valdosta you could go where the people care about you this much.

This was my first time using them. I brought my truck in for a thermostat and air filter. I was not impressed with the place. I saw an employee with pants sagging slowly walking to a car, saying damn we got so many cars in this ******** lot. I almost saw a wreck between a customer and an employee because the employee was hauling ass around the corner in the parking lot with a customers car. Now onto my vehicle. It was a whopping $242 for a thermostat and air filter, and I had my own thermostat! Then after they were done I drove it and had a severe loss of power. Yes they corrected it but I expect a very high level of service for $242. And that employee didnt even know what an intercooler was. I got a bad first impression about the place, I prolly wont be back. I do like the manager though, he is quite a character!

My F150s expensive 5.4 v8 engine died at 170,000 miles. I called around town and discovered Presision Auto Tune had the best labor rates in town. Ford wanted $8500+ to replace the engine and after working with a crate engine company to deliver to the shop I walked out paying about $4500 out the door. It took the shop 3 weeks to do the job right but i was out of town anyway...we hit a few bumps along the way since my electronics needed advanced troubleshooting due to the catastrophic failure of the old engine that I continued to drive before taking it to a pro! but we worked thru them. The staff is great and will work with you. The entire crew did a outstanding job on this project.

I had an amazing experience comibg to Precision Tune Auto. I never go anywhere but here for all my car needs. Uncle Frank and Leon gave the best service. My brake lights remained on and he did a diagnostic test and got the part for my vehicle quickly. Then my strip off the door was coming off so he put a weather on it to hold it together. He charged me absolutely nothing for this service. Finally my car battery needed to be replaced. He found me a great battery and at affordable price. Precision Auto Tune always gets the job done. They are efficient and also they talk to you in a way that makes you understand. Ill never go anywhere else.

Well, let me tell you about second experience at Precision Tune Autocare. Once again I was greeted with outstanding service from the whole staff. It was busy too but everyone was still courteous. Tina was nice as ususal. I had an issue with my oil plug and Uncle Frank got me squared away with a new one. This place is awesome. The best part is they tell you the truth about what they can and cannot due and thats rare these days when it comes to car mainland repair. Thank you Precision Tune Autocare.
