I had a broken side view mirror assembly that I wanted to get fixed for a friend of mine, and I ordered a new aftermarket one from a parts supplier and only needed it painted. I called one of the other Maaco stores on a Friday to get a price quote/time frame and was told that even if I dropped it off first thing in the morning I would not get it back until the following Monday. Due to a very busy schedule I wanted to be able to get it fixed as soon as possible. I called this location (which was quite a bit further of a drive for me) and spoke with Tim. I explained my situation to him. He told me that it sounded feasible and to go ahead and bring it in. Not only did he have it painted and back to me in the same day, but it was also in enough time to have them install it at a lower price than I was quoted by the first store I called. They put the customer first which is a rare find in this day and age. I am grateful to them and will continue to use them for my needs even with the greater driving distance involved for me. Excellent customer service in my humble opinion!!!

My experience here was good. I bought a used PT Cruiser that needed minor body work to one fender - a dent/crease near the edge of the headlight and where the fender met another panel on the front with a little rust starting to form. I was happy with all the work done and all for less than half of what the other area shops quoted on the fender alone. I later took a minivan in to have a deep dent on the side panel beneath the door pulled and repainted and it came out perfect - that ran about $325 if memory serves. I guess the results you get could really depend on who at the shop does the work since there is certainly an art to making things look perfect. My experiences were that the cost was reasonable and the work was also good.

By far the cheapest Collision shop in the area, and the work they did was perfect. I spent a day getting estimates from different collision shops in the area, with 16 estimates for fixing bumper and quarter panel ranging mostly between $800 to $1700 (and one that was nearly $8000, because theyd "HAVE" to take apart, sand blast, and repaint my whole car). Anyway, Maaco estimated $575. final bill actually came out even cheaper, to $500.03. Every place I went to said that they wouldnt be able to match the color, even though it was stock, and that the quarter panel was either unfixable or would never look right again. Just got it back and it looks great! Only took 2 days! I couldnt be happier!

A Complete Rip Off, false promises throughout the whole time my car was there... delivered the car 2 weeks late... with the most horrible paint job ever, repainted the car again ... took them 10 days... still a horrible job.... since the new people took over 3 years ago... I been having nothing but problems with this maaco... do your self a favor... do not go there... else you going to end up screwing your car... paint is already peeling and its been only 2 months.....

I had a bad experience with this body shop. I have wasted my time and money... For fixing a minor dent they told me it will take only 3 days. They gave me the car after 10 days with terrible finishing. The dent is still visible and the paint is uneven. I have to take it to another body shop.

Complete rip off, paid to have rust fixed and new paint job. Not even a year later the original rust is showing through paint. Basically put primer over rust instead of sanding it off! When took vehicle back the said nothing they can do and blew me off. DO NOT take your vehicle here!

Called to get inspection done on car with appointment. I asked how long the inspection would be which they said about 15 minutes. I got there and they found out that they do not do them. They could of told me on the phone.
