Could not be more pleased with the service I just received on my 1998 Saturn! My kid crashed the front end, and I talked to Jeff at Howe. I explained that its an old car, so I didnt want to spend a ton, but that it was mechanically sound with low miles so I didnt want to junk it. He worked with me on what he called a "budget job" where some parts were reused that might have been replaced if the car was newer. He also worked with me on parts prices, keeping things reasonable. He told me that he was confident with the price, and if he found other small issues as he went, he would not nickel and dime me. The car was finished ahead of his promise, at his price. Best of all, his "budget job" looked like new to me, far better than the car looked before the crash! My first reaction was "WOW!" I was nervous picking out a body shop because of fear of Shysters, and was glad my brother recommended this place. I would not hesitate to use them again...though I hope I dont need to! :-)

Was Shopping around for a body shop to repair my Honda Accord bumper. Was unsure when I pulled into the shop as it seemed pretty small for a body shop. Was put at ease when I spoke with Jeff at Howe Auto Body. Jeff was very complete, and understood the problem, and said he would have to investigate whether the Bumper Bar was bent(which it was) after taking off the bumper cover. I gave Jeff the claim number and he immediately went to work to send the pictures to AAA and order the required parts. Jeff had his team replace the bumper bar and bumper cover and painted both , and I had my car back within 3 days. Very efficient , fast and friendly service. I would highly recommend

I took my Saturn Aura in for some body repair and warranty work on October 5th, 2009. Not only did they finish my car by the end of the week, they did an absolutely beautiful job! My car looked like the day I bought it. I was so happy I nearly cried when I saw it. They are very professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. Heidi you are one of a kind!

I really liked the place very clean, warm & cozy and staff was very friendly and helpful that you will feel that you know them been years. I took my new Honda Accord was demaged with little accident, their work was amazing fixing & cleaning that I was feeling Im taking brand new car from dealer.
