by my own mistake, I had initially given Schall Auto a rating of 5 stars after purchasing my new vehicle from them because I was thrilled to finally have a running vehicle and also because I was told I would get a free oil change from leaving a review. After I had spent that money on the car and then also had to borrow some to even purchase it, a free oil change sounded like I was hitting the jack pot. Well I had gotten the certificate for the oil change. But now my view on this dealership has completely flipped. I truly believed they were genuine people selling me my new car, unfortunately thats where Im wrong again. After having the car for not even 3 whole months, it stalled today. So I took it my mechanic in hopes that my "warranty" from Schall would cover some, if any of the cost to fix my car. The issue with my car is electrical- which is NOT covered in the warranty. I now have a car that needs a new computer system, as well as 6 new spark plugs. After speaking with the gentleman who works in service at Schall and being told there is absolutely nothing to be done from their end, I was shocked but honestly shouldnt have been surprised. All I know is, I wouldnt recommend this place to any one. They totally fooled us and Id hate for anyone close to me to have to be $2500 in the hole now because they were sold a vehicle that they calmed was "checked in the shop and worked on any MAJOR issues" prior to the sale. This isnt something that couldve just happened with me driving 1,500 miles in two months. This is an issue that HAD to have been noticed when inspected. And now I wait, yet again for a call back from the boss, Kenny. Which I more then likely wont receive. All in all, Im very disappointed with how they treat their customers AFTER they get their sale. Its a huge bummer.

Bought my son a 1997 Jeep Wrangler from them on June 14,2016 2 days after I bought it the starter went out then a week later the muffler fell off so I took it to a certified mechanic and when he hoisted it up he spotted the holes in the frame & they was filled with foam & sprayed painted black to match the frame.. So I took it back to the dealer and Kevin passed it to Kenny & Kenny is passing it to Kevin.. They now have had my jeep parked there for almost 2 weeks.. All I want is for them to refund my $1500 and take this jeep back.. The mechanic that hoisted the jeep up said this jeep was unsafe & dont drive it.. But Kevin claiming hes a "certified" mechanic said this was the best frame hes seen on a 1997 jeep in a long time.. They are avoiding my calls & when I come up there one of them isnt there.. These people are crooked as hell!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! BEWARE!!!!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Schall Automotive. With my first purchase, I had horrible credit. They did not speak down to me like some other dealers did. I found a 2006 Jeep Liberty CRD. Great vehicle, very reliable. Last week I traded it in for something nicer. Once again, Ken and Kenny helped me out. They had amazing patience with me. I test drove 3 different cars, some of them twice. They told me to "Take as long as you like." When I finally decided what one I wanted, Ken got to work very quickly and had me ready to roll in 2 days. Paperwork was ready, car was fuled and detailed, ready to roll. I love their professionalism and quick service. I will definitely go to them for my next vehicle. Thank you Ken and Kenny.

I have purchased two vehicles from Schall Automotive and cannot stress enough how easy and stress-free both transactions were. The sales team (especially Ken) goes above and beyond to ensure personal satisfaction, from putting people in the vehicles they want to checking in after the sale is finalized. One of the owners (Kenny) makes it his personal mission to help clients, starting with financing and ending with vehicle delivery. And all the staff treats customers like friends. If you are in the market for a vehicle, you owe it to yourself to at least contact Schall Automotive. They care about their business and the community, and it shows in the quality experience they provide to clients.

I have had everything done by Schall Automotive and they have been nothing but great! Everything from having my oil changed to having a rear axle replaced after sliding off an icy road last winter, these guys have been wonderful. The service guys are kind and down to earth while being professional. Schall Automotive does not host the normal overly confident car salesman attitude that most other places pride themselves on. The owners are around all of the time so if there is an issue at all, you only have to speak up and the issue will be resolved without hassle. Im not sure what the other reviewers experience but I would recommend Schall Automotive to anyone!

This review is for the Service Dept. I have had both of my 2005 Dodge Rams here for service. I have always done my own car service, I hated to pay for something I could do myself. But now that Im older, and especially with newer cars, I found it is/was a lot easier to have someone else do the service. The service department at Shalls is excellent. Estimates for service are spot on, service is completed when promised and repairs / service has exceeded my expectations. I will be using them in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Best friend bought a Jeep Wrangler from here two days starter went out a week later muffler fell off had to get it fixed the mechanic wrote out a statement that said car was unsafe because the frame of Jews was filled with foam. She has been trying to talk to the owner and keeps getting the run around. It has been up there for now a week and still no answer. All she wanted was for them to take the jeep back. Very rude and was yelling at her and saying nothing was wrong with the jeep. Beware.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!! I FILLED OUT A CREDIT APP ONLINE FOR A VEHICLE I WANTED THERE AND NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. I CALLED TO SEE WHAT THE DEAL WAS, THE (SALESMAN) LIED TO ME AND SAID HE TRIED CALLING ME AND I CLEARLY NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. THEY CAN RUN YOUR CREDIT AND IF ITS A LOW SCORE THEY DONT CALL U BACK! They dont care about their customers they just want the sale... Took my car back to them multiple times after having problems with it starting less than a month after I got it and they told me theres nothing wrong... Shortly after I took it to the Chevy dealer and they did find a problem... Even having a warranty you still pay for everything that needs fixed.... These people are a joke

These guys are a absolute joke! They sold me a mazda 6 that had bad tires, brakes were shot, leaking oil. And now less than a month after purchase I have it in the shop right now and it has a possible bad transmission, they will not help you out. And they will lie about everything. It took over 3 weeks to get my registration from these guys. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!BEWARE!!!!!
