They completely destroyed by car doing a simple front end repainted. They didnt prep the surface, several corners have no paint at all on them (you can see gray primer), there is a ton of debris and bugs (!!) painted into the brand new hood, there is overspray everywhere, there is terrible running on the edges of panels, and they put everything back together with such carelessness that they banged and scratched the edge of just about every panel. It looks great from 20 feet away, but it did before I wasted $2000 too. Oh, and to top it off, they took my car for a joyride. I have a device that tracks vehicle trips (MPH, throttle position, engine speed, etc) and they absolutely beat the crap out of my car for 5 miles for no reason. The owner couldnt care less about their quality of work or your satisfaction. Their guarantee is a waste of paper, if they dont agree with your disssatisfaction youll be treated like an idiot and called names. I heard from other shops that this place used to be good and have very high standards, but now its gone to hell. I took it to 3 other auto body shops and they couldnt believe that this was done by a professional shop AND that they wouldnt stand behind their work. Avoid this place at all costs. Even if they pay you to do it, take it somewhere else. Ive never experienced a more careless and uncaring staff. They simply do not care once they have the check.

Farmington Hills Collision has always come thru for me! My parents and siblings have used this shop forever and theyve been my go to auto body shop ever since I got my first car 15 years ago. Nobody wants to have to visit a body shop often (since doing so implies your car has been damaged in some way!!) but whenever Ive needed work, Farmington Hills Collisions staff has always greeted me warmly, by name and is extremely helpful with all my needs. Theyve always kept me updated on all repairs, time frames and costs, always far exceeding my expectations. They are family owned and operated and have treated me like family since day one. Over the years, my vehicles have been involved in more minor to major incidents than Id like to admit, but youd never know it by looking at them today. The owner, Scott, along with his wife, adult children and knowledgeable staff have always returned my cars looking and driving better than new. After a poor experience at a local dealership, my new wife insists that she will never make the mistake of going anywhere else for auto body work again. I recommend them to everyone I know and have heard nothing but great results in return. (I am not an employee of this place nor am I paid to write this review). So Ive been to several car repair shops in the Farmington Hills/Novi/Troy area and found this one to be the BEST so far. A week ago some idiot rear-ended me and I needed to get my car fixed at a shop. I visited 4 different repair centers to get estimates and found Farmington Hills Collision Center to offer the best price and fastest repair time. Ive been to Suburban Collision before and found their customer service to be GOD AWFUL; the final repair cost to be $2,000 more than their initial estimate; and the repair time extended to 2 more weeks. In stark comparison, Farmington Hills Collision Center is run by honest, friendly and accommodating folks. The initial and final estimate remained THE SAME and their repair costs were $500-$1,500 cheaper than their local competitors. Unlike other repair centers/shops, the crew @ Farmington Hills Collision didnt scam me into paying for unnecessary repairs. Plus my car got fixed within 5 business days, whereas other local shops required @ least 2 weeks and Surburban Collision 2.5+ weeks. I have to say, for the repair costs being comparatively low the service quality was A+. They did a fantastic paint job and my car now looks brand new. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!

FH Collision Center fixed my van in less time and for less money that I expected. But even if it hadnt come in under budget and time frame, I would still recommend them as they are professional, kind, helpful, and efficient. My mechanic said he only has FH Collision Center do his auto body work since they are a "five star operation", and I have found that to be true. There are several other auto body shops very close by, even on the same street. I havent used those others auto body shops, so I can vouch for them. But, what I do know is that I will be going to Farmington Hills Collision Center in the future regardless. Its never fun to need auto body work, but Farmington Hills Collision Center made the experience smooth and painless. And my van looks better than before! Thanks Scott, Mandy, and Jasin.

I had a decent size dent in our Ford Flex and it was unfortunately on the driver rear quarter panel and at a seem. I took it to Farmington Hills Collision and they quoted me what was a way better price than I was expecting since it wouldnt be a simple pop out due to the size and the seem. They said it would be done in four days, and it was. They were extremely pleasant from start to finish and even looking close I cant tell it was there which is amazing. I checked around at a few other shops and most seemed to want to have me pay for replacement parts or a full repaint of several parts, which from my previous experience doing bodywork should have been unnecessary. Anyway, I love this place and while I hope to never need a collision center again, I will definitely be back if I do.

I had a Ford Excursion, that, after a front end accident in late June, a certain Ford dealer in Wayne said it could not be fixed due to frame damage. Even my untrained eye could see that the damage was not that bad, so I had it shipped to FHCC and almost immediately they began to strip parts and assess the damage. It was determined that the truck could be fixed using their own frame straightening equipment. I was kept up to date on their progress and the approximate cost of the repairs. Most important, Scott, the owner returned the truck himself to our home in North Carolina! Needless to say, the truck looks like new and I have put about 200 miles on it and it feels and drives just as before. I highly recommend FHCC for your vehicle repairs!

We had an accident in a parking structure few weeks ago right before Thanks Giving. The door of passenger side was basically scraped off and there were other minor scratches in the other areas on the same side. We called AAA on 11/24 and dropped the car at Hertz rental on 11/25 and the car was picked up by this company on the same day. I was told they were waiting for parts to arrive and it would take about 1 week work for them to finish the job after parts arrived. What a surprise that they called me on 12/2 and told me my car was ready for pick-up. The job was done well and the car just looked like new. Considering there were only 3 business days in between I have to say I am very impressed
