After getting a run around from my insurance company (Allstate) who wanted me to go to their direct repair collision shop, I found out Collex was also a Direct repair for Allstate and I did not have to make an appointment for an adjuster to come out, they handled everything. I told them I needed my car done by a certain date knowing the damage was minor, not only did they get the car done they went above and beyond repairing the splash guard under the front bumper and buffing out scratchs that were not related to the claim. I had a small repair done on my car. I just needed to have the rear view mirror replaced and painted. I was a bit disappointed because one side of the mirror was rough. Looked like it should have been sanded prior to being painted. But the mirror was painted over the rough plastic surface.
