I was very impressed with Joes vast knowledge of my vehicle as well as his extensive history with working with Ferrari. He was extremely accommodating and informative. He even was able to contact me after hours to answer a question from his personal cell phone. He goes above and beyond for his clients and that is what white glove VIP service is all about.
