Debbie is great, always double checking to make sure all is locked up at night. The office is always well stocked with supplies and the bathroom is always clean. However upper management is allowing the facility to disintegrate. The lights in the front parking lot have not worked in a long time. However, most of the outside lighting in the bay areas do not work, and I was told it really doesnt matter by the area manager. Well, it looks like I may be leaving at the end of the month to a 50 percent savings somewhere else.

I was in from out of town looking for storage storage units to move our business locally. I wasnt sure what I needed. Luckily the onsite employee, Taylor was very polite and took the time to show us several different sized units to accomplish our goal. Taylors knowledge and professionalism was impeccable. I look forward to working with Taylor in the future.

Very refreshing the attendant Tee was very cordial, knowledgeable,courteous and very respectful of my needs and very understanding. She went above and beyond all my expectations. The place was very clean and neat. Tee was extremely professional in all aspects of her work. Id recommend this place to all who need a place to store their belongings.

Gabby is amazing. Always remembers us by face and knows my needs before I even walk in the door. Our storage unit is always kept safe and never have had any problems. Great staff working there. The grounds are always kept clean and inside is always tidy.
