Needed immediate, short-term storage and this place was great. Jason, the manager, helped me to determine what sized unit would be best. He showed me around to the available units and made it easy to sign up. When it was time to move on, he was nice enough to point out that they had a 10-day rental program. I forget what its called, but for existing customers, who are moving out, it allows you to pay for the first 10 days of the month and if you are able to get your stuff moved in that time, then you are all set. Saved me about $100 with that suggestion. Id easily return to this place if I am in the need for additional storage.

My wife and I needed a storage unit for a few months and decided to go with this location because it was close by. The application process was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. If they ever need maintenance done on your unit they will call and notify you in a timely manner. They also leave thorough messages to inform you of whats going on if you cant answer their calls. Our unit was clean and the area is safe. If you live in the area and need a storage unit, I recommend this place.

This place will get all my business. No matter where my travels take me, Ill use Simply Storage. Jason was great. He led me through the maze of paperwork and led me to the nirvana of the perfect unit to store my hoard of items some of which are quite rare and highly sought after. I highly recommend Simply Storage as long as you deal with Jason. The computer system is as old as Odins beard but Jason worked the system to help me. Simply Storage, update your computer system.

I had to store some rare family items until i came back from a trip. Jason helped pick the right size unit and helped me feel comfortable that everything would be safe. I returned to find everything just I had left it. I will be using Simply Self Storage again before my next adventure. Jason made the whole process quick and easy. I highly recommend the storage unit and to ask for Jason. Hes a quality person that I would trust more than any corporate person.

I would have given a 5 Star rating. I had the storage unit for over 1 year. The first manager was alright. However, since Katie became manager the location seems cleaner. There is a faster response to calls made to the location. Customer service is important to me. Katie has the customer service skills, polite, easy to talk to, calm demeanor, and as mentioned before prompt response of calls. I would recommend this facility, with Katie as the manager.

So far so good! I just signed on. I went to this location bcus it was $10. cheaper than the location I wanted. Not sure why but nevertheless I received good service from Katie. Just so youre aware youll be paying for the next month at the time you plan to sign on (at least w/my unit) plus a one time service fee & of course youll be purchasing one of their locks. Hopefully I wont have any future problems!
