DO NOT USE ANY EZ STORAGE, they are rude, inconsiderate and bullys, they will prorate your rent when you move in just to get you through the door and once you are they began to screw you big time. after being 6 days into the month and notifying them I want to leave they told me I must still pay full month, then I asked to downsize, I must still pay for the full month. they are cold hearted, the corporate office is hiding behind another name so they wont get bothered by the complaints and the office wont give you corporate number because they know they screw people and its not ok. dont waste your time customer service and customer satisfaction isnt a specialty of their they are just their to rip you off. oh not to mention if you leave a piece of trash or 2 around they will charge you $50 to use their trash can. I will warn everyone I can to stay away from this place.

I stopped in this morning looking for a unit for my daughter. I was greeted by Angela who was very nice. I viewed a unit which appeared to be adequate for my needs. The facility and unit were both clean. Angela was professional and friendly. I ended up not renting due to my daughter calling and stating she rented elsewhere unaware I was looking at a unit for her. In the future I will keep this location in mind due to the cleanliness and great service I received.
