If you need extra storage or just need some extra space short term then this is the place for you. Best of all Tina and Cory are not just friendly, very personable, and knowledgable, I was totally impressed that while I only needed the unit for a few weeks while finishing up a new house purchase, Tina remember my name! That is rare in this day and age of customer service! The 10 x 15 storage unit held all my personal belongings plus many items from my business nicely. It was also competitively priced and I love the added security of the gates and 6am to 9pm access time. For being in Columbus and moving from the Cove at Cooper Lakes apartment property that has had multiple break-ins als went Section 8, I felt my belonging was secure. I personally have 2 negative points, but they shouldnt affect most customers. Public Storage makes you buy a lock upon renting a unit. I dont have a problem with that. However the use these big bulky round locks that when you are done with your rental storage unit dont fit much. If they would be SMART and use a standard Master Lock, they I could have left this part out. Additionally, they make you buy insurance for your unit. This needs to be optional. I run a fitness fashion design / health & fitness business in the the greater Columbus area and that is just the businessman in me. I had rental insurance plus an unbrella policy so that is an added waste to some customers. What I dont like is a business selling me things I dont need as a means of the business attemping to generate extra revenue at the customers expense. I also operate an online consumer protection site where we expose things like this. I will be contacting Corporate to give Tina and Cory great praise, but to urge them to make the insurance optional and switch to more consumer friendly locks. Overalll, the grounds are clean and well kept, the service is great, I am very pleased with the service and every business needs employees like Tina! Their office worker was young and not very professional. Coffee mug (boy friends) on counter where customers are being waited on. None of the pricing discussed was valid, locked out with wrong codes, information not properly addressed. After 30 attempts to get in still couldnt get into a unit we paid for. District manager was totally unprofessional and didnt keep her promise to return a call to us the following day. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL. Definitely a 1 month rental and will never use again.

Jennifer, the manager, was fantastic! She provided us with EXCELLENT customer service, took the time to personally show us two separate units and answered our many questions. The property is clean and well-maintained, the storage units are individually lit and security is good. We were pleased with the monthly rate and that theres no contract, and ended up renting a unit. We really appreciated Jennifers obvious commitment to her customers...this location is a great choice for your storage needs!

Kristy is awesome .she knows how to get the job done .that lady is one hell of a worker .i seen her drag a old mattress and a dresser that someone left outside their storage building. She had no problem dragon that and putting up in its place no problem.i thought wow that was just great for a woman to do.plus she is like talking to family when you walk in .i live that place just because I feel comfortable with her at the desk . Its just the way she is .great with people !!!. :) very pleased.

Ron was easy to talk to, he was very friendfly and extremely helpful. The location of the storage facility was ideal for my needs. The unit I selected should work out just fine. I needed a larger unit and I chose the 10 x 15 storage unit. I got half off the rental price for the first month. Ron suggested to rent that one and if it turned out not to be adequate for my needs, I could always upgrade to a larger storage unit and have full credit applied to the larger unit.

Even though most of the staff was in training during my time of check in, Tina did a great job instructing these ladies on how to address a customers needs and how to walk new customers through the process clearly from beginning to end. Kiana did a fantastic job with my paper work and answered any additional questions I had. I am very pleased with the staff and the unit I am now renting.

Im new to the city and was in such a panic on getting everything in storage that doesnt fit into my apartment while I get the rest of my life sorted out. She got me pointed in the right direction of the type of unit to get and the most suitable insurance. It was a painless application process and I feel that my belongings are in good hands.

Stay away. Ive used the storage unit for 4 months and now have roaches in my stuff. We are now having to meticulously clean everything outside our new house then move it in. I spoke to the staff and they "noted it on my account". If you do use this storage facility, seal everything in bags and storage containers; not even taped boxes will keep them out.
