bad management! unprofessional after bought by GVS. I gave them a 30 days notice to cancel my account and moved my last vehicle within the 30 days. and I was still getting charged.the manager said its on autopay and she forgot to cancel it. worse than that,she blamed me for not reminding her. she said she will "try" to take care of it, as she needs approval from corporate management to reverse the charge. although she did send them the video footage of the vehicle leaving. after 10 days and 3 phone calls I still didnt get my refund back or at least a phone call back to tell me shes working on it. finally I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge.

The staff here have been very helpful. I had tons of questions since it was the first time I have had to use a storage facility and they helped me all the way through the process. Its convenient from my home and work.
