Donna and Tiffani were very unhelpful. They made my experience very difficult. I called two weeks before my simply self storage rent was due to cancel. I explain how hard it was going to be get back up their to remove the lock from the storage because to unit was not yet moved into. So i ask if breaking to lock can be done she said yes and that my order would be cancel she lied and her company is still billing and harassment me . Dose any one knows whos the boss of this unit is name and number.
