Was the go-to place for parts for us for years. Tonight, I arrived around 720 pm because my car wouldnt start and I had to have it charged. With my husband out of town, I didnt know what to do. The tow truck driver told me the auto parts stores would probably put in a new battery. So, I left the car running and ran in to call Auto Zone. Very nice man said that is something they can do...even could replace the things that were corroded with new ones....I got there from Almont, about 8 or 9 miles....was told by the man I spoke to on the phone, how sorry he was but with just the two of them, it wasnt possible. I told him I drove all this way and cant shut my car off, couldnt I wait...they are open till ten after all....so I went out and came back in...the little man who looks like the short guy on American Pickers....asked him what I wanted...he said a battery...he almost had a fit...oh no, oh no...shaking his head...only two of us here....but I was told to come here...it was okay...oh, no...oh no....creepy little nasty person....didnt give a crap...and guess what...not a soul in the store except this poor couple who was trying to get a starter for their car...guess who I saw at OReilleys ten minutes after I got there and they agrees to give me a new battery....that couple and the woman said he was rude and awful...Oreillys had me done and out of there in 15 minutes....thanks Auto Zone....you will never get 1 dollar more from me or my husband who has bought thousands of dollars in auto parts from you guys.

I love these guys. They are professional, knowledgeable and always willing to help out. I call them up about parts, if they are in stock I pay right then over the phone and have my husband pick them up on the way in from work... If not in stock, I can order then and they are usually in the next day or so... Wonderful people and wonderful place to do business! Keep up the great work guys... Shannan Perna

I called the store to give them a list of 10 items to check for stock. Brian said he has nothing to write with! He wants me to go through my list one at a time while he plays with the computer. Why do I have to be on the phone for a half hour because he is to lazy to get a friggin pencil and take my list down? Going to Murrays!

Was on the way to the store to pick up and buy a part close to closing time. The guy wouldnt watch out for us so we could get the part. That would of been $40 more in sales. Instead was rude and inconsiderate of a possible customer. 2 minutes. Thats all it was. Now I wont take my business there.

Went to get a u joint, the counter guy asked if i wanted a whole driveshaft because he wasnt sure if he could sell just the joint!! Its on my 98 f 250, not some foriegn junk. Jeez, suprised he didnt ask what color the interior was!!! Dont waste your time , go to napa across the street.
