Professional, Great service and Wonderful People. I was recommended this shop by my local car parts shop after by my check engine light came on. In my estimate, they wrote down the price of each part that needed to be replaced including the labor and why the labor was that price. Leaving my car, they set to work. After replacing all the mentioned parts, Julio found that the bucking in my engine wasnt as bad but was still happening. He looked at the engine again and found the fuel injector was bad. Finishing up the work, Julio contacted me about the price change and we were able to work out a payment plan. My car is running beautifully like brand new. All the staff was nice and sociable. Great people doing great work.

This place stinks. Had truck towed on sat was told would work on it Saturday. No call sat or Sunday. Called julio Monday was told sorry didnt get a chance to work on it. Sat thru wed didnt get a chance to work on it per owner julio. Thurs call and was told 3 different stories about whats wrong. Not trusting them I said dont do anything I will be there at 430 to have towed and pay what I owe. ALL DOORS WERE LOCKED! Called the mechanic jorge ans the said the owner will be in at 5. The mechanic proceeds to tell my boyfriend that he has worked on the truck all week and cant find the problem. Owner say whole electrical system need to be replaced. Whos lying owner or mechanic? SHADY PLACE

Had a leaking valve stem and went to Columbus Tire & Auto because they were less than a mile from my location. They got me in right away and replaced the valve stem. All in all it took about 10 minutes. I paid, I left and drove back to my original location. Thats when I noticed I was DRIVING ON A FLAT TIRE! Whare very he did, he DID NOT FIX MY VALVE STEM CORRECTLY! In the process, driving on a flat tire, the rim CUT INTO MY TIRE SLICING IT AND CAUSING ME A TOW AND $140 FOR A NEW TIRE! I will NEVER GO TO COLUMBUS & TIRE AGAIN, NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE... EVER!
