I would never recommend anyone to take their vehicle there to be service. They totally rip me off, saying that I needed a water pump when all I needed was a thermostat. Because they never gave me the old water pump, then the next day after water pump was to have been replaced. My car started to over heat, Call them back up , oh well bring it back in so we can check it out, well guess what now I need a thermostat, when they knew that from the beginning. Next I needed brake pads and rotors for my B9 Tribeca Subaru , which the charge me $ 500.00 thats just for the front end . So they replaced pads and rotors within a few days Im hearing metal hitting on metal when I pump the breaks. Call them back up oh bring it in and we will fix it you know its still under warranty. Had another mechanic to check it out , come to find out J&L put new rotors on but they put some crap pads on there that the mechanic said they were not ceramic pads. Yet they want me to bring my car back so they can do the rear pads and rotors. Which they want to charge me $485.00. Thanks but no thanks , there not honest people They just like robbing you. They going to reap what they sow. What goes around, comes back around.

Never went here just read the bad reviews! You mechanics will make it easy for honest mechanics to always have customers! Shady business practices will make an honest mechanic seem like an oasis in the desert! Learn this wisdom you got damn thieves! It pays to be honest in a world of cut throats! A janky crook does not stand out in a land of other janky crooks!

I had my BMW 530xi to other facilities, that could not solve my AND issues without enormously large cost estimates. J & L repaired the problem(s), at a fraction of the others estimated cost, and had me on the road the next afternoon. Thank you J & L

they talk a good game but car isnt fixed after 380 for flush still couldnt figure problem still dont know whats wrong with car just outta money this is just what it is .
