I bought a BMW that unfortunately had an oil leak. I got the car in Columbus Ohio and the dealer was no help and refused to help. I did not know where to take it and went to see Jay at Independence. He put it up on lift and spent 30 minutes looking for the leak. He took the time to look and i felt no pressure to buy anything. We agreed on a price and it was very fair and done in no time. I will definitely recommend Jay and his staff for auto repair. My Convertible is back in the garage tucked away and not leaking or making any unwanted noises. Thanks guys

I was always skeptical of auto repair shops, but after going to Independence all I can say is that these people are honest. Ive had all of my oil changes done here and even more sever repairs such as engine mounts and fuel pumps. They are reasonable with their prices, and will tell you exactly what you need. I would say they absolutely follow their mission statement "We put our customers first". Other notes: Customer for 11 years.

Old Queue

This shop tried to sell me $1200 in work my usual mechanic told me wasnt necessary. After visiting this shop for an oil change, I cant seem to find a flashlight I always keep in my driver side door. Update: When I first tried to leave a review on my main account it wouldnt let me. Do you guys block gmail accounts you plan on fleecing?

They get straight to the point and help your problem. They are good willed men helping to repair your car. They almost treat you like family and make sure you are happy with the car. I will always go here if I have a problem with my car
